This is a simple, delicious salad dressing that I got from my friend Diane. I make it every time we have Rueben sandwiches and double it so there's plenty for salad the next day. You'll never buy store bought again after trying this easy recipe. As with most recipes, this tastes better the next day after flavors blend.

    Recipe #88394

This is a very good slaw. Great for summer, don't have to worry about Mayo going bad in the heat.

    Recipe #216972

Fresh and tasty for summer. I saw this on Food Network.

    Recipe #236949

This is from Family Fun. A fun way to get more fruit into the kids, and they can help assemble them. Pack them in the lunchbox for a treat. The walnuts can be optional for younger kids.

The basil really makes this salad. Be sure to use good quality tomatoes. Enjoy!

    Recipe #30634

This is my most FAMOUS culinary creation. It gets it's name from the fact that I didn't have a bowl large enough to toss it. I'd scour my stainless steel sink and toss it there! However, it looks best prepared in a big glass bowl as colorful layers - BEAUTIFUL & showy potluck recipe. Best if made right before serving.

    Recipe #236664

This salad goes good with any main dish and is especially nice with BBQ. Easy to carry to picnics or potlucks too! Just 4 ingredients make it fast and easy! Fits into many catagories for the Zaar World Tour especially SW.Taken from a Louisiana Cajun French Church Anniversary Cookbook.

    Recipe #132764

NO Anchovies! This is adapted from a recipe by Tim Melzer. It is a staple on our menu now.

Good for a picnic! I thought I would post my own personal recipes for foods that are friendly to people on dialysis. This helps ease the pain of watching people scarf potato salad all around you. Hahaha! Seriously though, it's delicious!

    Recipe #216087

This is a bit different from the others because it contains water chestnuts! Great large family salad or for parties!

    Recipe #217996

I received this recipe from my best friend. It's so simple and tastes SO good! I serve it as a side to "Recipe #93520"

    Recipe #205907

This recipe is from www.TopSecretRecipes.com. This actually tastes like the salad from applebees. It is a bit of work, but worth every second!!

    Recipe #19253

This recipe is off a 3x5 card from Pfaltzfraff. Posting this for ZWT. Be sure to make your dressing for this salad a day ahead so that the herbs can enhance the flavor.

    Recipe #177263

It's so different and makes a great change from the same old sack lunch.

    Recipe #37419

This mix can be stored for up to 12 months and added to additional ingredients to make homemade Ranch dip or dressing. It beats bottles and jars anyday!

    Recipe #28324

This is a light, refreshing salad. Perfect for lunch or to start off a meal. This is a scaled down version of the salad that will be served at our daughter's wedding. The caterer was generous enough to provide us with the recipe. Note: Cooking time is chilling time for the dressing.

    Recipe #226217

I realize the only vegetable here that makes it's appearance in Spring, would be chives. However, the bright colours of this salad always remind me of the season where everything starts new. This is a wonderfully light pasta salad. A perfect accompaniment for a backyard BBQ. It's also wonderful on it's own for lunch or supper on a hot night. Cooking time does not include the time for chilling.

    Recipe #228988

This is a quick and easy salad to put together. Perfect for company. Very tasty too. From BC's Working Woman's Cookbook--one of my favourites. NOTE: needs to be prepared at least 8 hours before serving. Cooking time is chilling time.

This is a tried and true Weight Watchers favorite. 4 points per serving.

From the legendary Morton's Steak House. Simply amazing Blue Cheese Dressing. As much as I love to lighten things, this just isn't the same using light ingredients. This calls for Durkee's Famous Sauce, if you can't locate Durkee's, I have another recipe for a similar sauce called Mustard-Mayonnaise Sauce. Cook time includes overnight chilling.
