This is great for French fries, a base for chicken or shrimp salad, or to just dip vegetables or chips. We use it as a dip for shrimp cocktail instead of cocktail sauce. Let chill for 15 minutes before serving.
This is from IGA's list of recipes. Since I'm always on the lookout for new salad dressings this piqued my interest. This goes well with leafy greens such as curly green and red lettuce. But I'm sure it goes well with other salads as well.
Simple 3 ingredients from Bubbe's Kitchen with Love, Orange County, CA. So easy and quick for a single portion of salad dressing for for a condiment for chicken or fish or even for a veggie dip after school.
I just saw this recipe on her show, and had to try it out! It is delicious, refreshing, and brightens up any salad. Simple ingredients that you always have on hand. No need to buy premade bottled dressing when you can make it for cheap at home, and tastes much better!!!
This is the best dressing ever. My mom got the recipe somewhere, and then adjusted it a bit, so she gets credit for it. Quick and delicious. The better quality the vinegars the better the dressing. I like to use a latte frother to mix the dressing. If you use the garlic make sure it is very fresh or it gets a little bitter in the dressing, it is optional. Enjoy!!
This has been a quest for me since eating at the III Forks in North Dallas a few years. I tried to duplicate the dressing but failed miserably, many times. I found this version on the Texas Monthly website & it comes darn close to the original.
