    This is the best make ahead potato salad that I've ever come up with. The base of the recipe comes from the bottle of Hellmann's mayonnaise. No one in my family nor my DH's can even come close to this recipe and it's always gobbled up at any family event. I think the key is to making extra sauce and preparing this the day before.     A few years ago I wanted to make the flavors of a classic pizza, but make a salad. All I found was a salad on top of a pizza crust which was fun,but very hard to eat. Tortillas were more Mexican to me; and, I didn't want pasta. So this was my version and I love it. The best part is you can really use any ingredients you want. I happen to love the pepperoni, ham, red pepper just for some color and olives, but throw in some mushrooms or green peppers if you want - there is no exact recipe for this. Two notes: The tomato dressing is a key ingredient; as is the marinated mozzarella. It definitely doesn't take long and adds great flavor to this salad.

    This originally came from a cookbook which I sold. I think Cooking Light or Prevention Magazine, but I just copied the recipe on a index card so this is all I have. Besides I think I changed a few things along the way. Well, regardless, I loved this because it combines all the flavors of a caesar salad without the calories. The arugula bumps up the flavor and the dressing on this is light and simple but still full flavored. Now originally it didn't have chicken but one day I had 6 or so chicken tenders and decided to pan saute them and add it to the salad. I love the extra flavor of the breaded chicken to the salad.

    Ever order Chinese and it takes forever ... Well this is my version of a great 3 healthy course meal in under 40 minutes on the table. Now, these meatballs are great as an appetizer but personally I love to serve them as a full meal with simple chilled sesame noodles, and a easy Asian salad with napa cabbage, mandarine oranges, cucumber, red onion and water chestnuts. Both recipes are listed below. I also like to make a quick dipping sauce for the meatballs that ties all the flavors together. Now yes a 3 course dinner and it couldn't be simpler. Some simple Asian ingredients and as the meatballs steam, the salad and noodles will be done. It is so easy. And everything I bought was right in the everyday grocery store, no special market.

    Fresh cottage cheese salad. Utilize the veggies from your garden. I'm not sure when I started making this salad. My grandma came up with it years ago, and I've made some simple changes to make it my own. **I've never had this salad on a bun, but my fellow Zaarites have taken gorgeous pictures in that form.     Mom’s potato salad was always just a little better then all others. She said it was her secret ingredient and her I am giving it up. Sorry mom. This salad can be eaten after 4 hours but is best served the next day.

    One of my favorite Naked Chef recipes. I make this often. I just love the trip of boiling up the garlic cloves with the pasta, and then just squeezing them out of their skins and adding them mashed to the dressing.
