I've been making this for years and I can not remember when someone has not asked for the recipe. Note: you can't go overboard on the flour or breadcrumbs, since the chicken will only take whatever amount it needs to be coated
This makes an absolutely wonderful and easy chicken dinner. I made this for my niece for dinner and she thought it was fabulous. The chicken was moist, flavorful and delicious and the rice was creamy and tasty. She thought it was one of the best rice sides as well. I altered a Beef Tenderloin recipe that calls for Minute Rice, but I substituted Organic Jasmine Rice (Prepared as the recipe states for the Minute Rice (ingredients) - with adjusted time and in it’s own pot – then added to veggie pan) and it worked out perfectly. Enjoy!
I was brought up in a Polish Home and breaded our chops with flour. You can use breadcrumbs in the second coating if prefered. Lovely topped with with sauteed mushrooms and onions! The rib chops are located next to the blade chops at the rib end of the loin. They contain some fat but are tender, juicy and very flavorful.
I am always looking for new and delicious ways to prepare pork chops. These are delicious, easy to put together and use things that are in most people's pantries. A real family pleaser. Serve with rice pilaf and a green vegetable.
This is for serious garlic lovers. The chicken bakes out so moist and tender! Grated cheese may be sprinkled on top of the breast the last 5 minutes of cooking if desired but that is optional. Double all ingredients for more than four breasts and adjust the amount of garlic to suit taste. For the coating amount you might be able to get away with 5 or maybe 6 very small chicken breasts, but I would suggest to increase the amount slightly --- to take this dish to yet another level, about 10 minutes before the cooking time is finished, drizzle the top of the chicken with a little pasta sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven for about 10 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked and sauce is hot and cheese has melted. For a lemon-garlic flavor add in 3 tablespoons lemon juice to the melted butter/garlic mixture --- *NOTE* for a healthier alternative Smart Balance Butter Blend may be used in place of the melted butter --- you will love this chicken!

Tired of using ground beef the same old way? Try this spicy dish! Feel free to double the sauce if you like it really saucy! Update: the hoisin sauce is quite sweet, so you might start off with just a little and work your way up!
Posted for Zaar World Tour 2005. My BF made this dish tonight, with the freshest zucchini and corn on the cob, it was delightful. He reduced the oil from 4 tablespoons to 1, and sprinkled liberally with pepper and omitted the parsley. Simple preparation, outstanding results.
