Awesome pesto recipe using NO oil. It is extremely flavorful and freezes well. Gets its zing from nice amount of garlic and lemon juice. Can be served over pasta, or as a sauce for beef, shrimp, etc. Give it a try!!

    Recipe #201488

This is a delicious, super quick side or main dish. I got it from the back of a pasta box and it is yummy!

    Recipe #43023

This is the easiest dinner!! One pot, one serving dish...only minutes to prepare AND cook! When corn on the cob is not in season, I simply add a drained can of corn. Leftovers taste even better!! Not sure where I got this recipe, but I have made this dish over and over again and never get tired of it.

    Recipe #200960

Easy, one skillet side dish with beans for added fiber and bulk. Taken from the "Great Tasting Money Saving Meals" cookbook.

    Recipe #214784

Becoming nutrition-conscious doesn't mean you have to give up favorites like Fettucine Alfredo. This is a light version of the classic - delectable but with a fraction of the fat. Toss with pasta, use as sauce for chicken - the possibilities are endless!

    Recipe #203024

This comforting recipes goes together in just minutes. Taken from Betty Crocker's Quick & Easy cookbook.

    Recipe #202757

Quick and Simple recipe. With a hint of lemon, it compliments almost any entree, or enjoy as a main course. Comes from Light & Tasty.

    Recipe #202224

This is a great, light pasta dish with very little oil. Please note to adjust the cooking time if using pasta other than spaghetti. I often omit the olives due to a daughter that doesn't like them and it's still fabulous. You can also adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your liking. Another variation is to use cherry tomatoes, halved instead of regular tomatoes. My family really enjoys this dish, hope you do too!!

Found this recipe in Quick Cooking magazine. It gives the ravioli a different flair. And it is quick and easy to prepare. Change the cheese or type of ravioli for a different taste.

    Recipe #108124

To keep the fat low, but the flavor high, evaporated skim milk is used in the sauce. A little swiss cheese boosts the flavor even more. Found in BH&G New Dieter's cookbook.

Found this in a Weight Watcher's cookbook of recipes from the magazine in 2000. This is fast to make and has a nice flavour. Not a zingy dish, but the kids and I enjoyed it. 2/3 of a cup is 3 WW points.

    Recipe #158511

Think I got this recipe from a Kraft magazine, but not really sure. Very simple to make and is done in no time.

    Recipe #202147

You can add any vegetable to this sauce if you'd like to add some color, such as broccoli, cut green beans, asparagus or garnish of cherry tomatoes. Taken from the 15-Minute Gourmet "Noodles" cookbook.

    Recipe #203022

This recipe isn't meant to "replace" oven-baked lasagna. However, it is a convenient tasty meal to come home to on a busy workday as well as weekends.

    Recipe #206027

From the winter 2006 edition of Kraft Food&Family, with a few minor changes to suit my family's tastes.

    Recipe #151879

As per Betty Crocker "These patties are absolutely delicious served in sandwich buns with cranberry sauce". Or can be served with steamed broccoli on the side. Taken from Betty's Quick and Easy cookbook. I haven't tried them yet, but will soon.

    Recipe #202770

tastes exactly like kraft's tuna helper (almost anyways), but is almost fat free and extremely healthy

    Recipe #214906

Draining the pasta over the spinach is an easy, no-cook wilting method (keep that in mind :)for future recipes)

    Recipe #202017

I found this one in the Dallas Morning News and want to keep. I love Alfredo Sauce but way too high-fat for me to eat so I want to give this a try

    Recipe #206517

This is adapted from my 365 Ways to Cook Pasta cookbook.
