Another Bunco Group hit! I adapted this recipe from one of the cookbooks that you purchase in the grocery store while checking out. These are easy and simple to make with store bought miniature phyllo tartlets. In a pinch, you can make your own phyllo cups using phyllo sheets and a mini muffin pan.
A lovely little spread that's easy to prepare, inspired by an Italian restaurant I frequent. This is my own creation; it goes best with fresh, soft Italian bread! Serve as a side, appetizer or hors d'oeuvre.
A creamy tortellini salad that's fit to serve company. I came up with this on an extremely warm day when I wanted to prepare dinner early and serve something cool. This can be adjusted according to amounts or type herbs you prefer. You can substitute chicken for the shrimp.Reduce fat by using low fat mayo and sour cream. Serve this one with a green salad and a glass of your favorite white wine.Cook time is prep and chill time
UPDATE: After the first review I edited the recipe using less butter. I am one of those cooks who never measures things, so I estimated, and obviously, it was too much butter. The idea is just to brush softened butter over the surface of the brie. I hope this is better! Thanks! This is great party food. A friend gave me this recipe after we all fell in love with it at her party. Enjoy!
Found this online on a website about Patriot Football tailgating. According to the website, this is a "secret" recipe from our local sports bar in Norwood, Mass; please don't tell anyone! Just between you and me!
