I actually received a GF grill and another countertop grill for Christmas. I guess people really do pay attention when I tell them what I would like! These are things I would like to try on it or on the "real" grill

I got these crazy, wonderful burgers from My Great Recipes card club collection many years ago. Don't even know if the club is still in existence or not. They were named "Smoky Surprise Burgers" originally. Because they're slippy and slide all over when you cook them my son dubbed them "Slippy Burgers" and that's what we've called them since. Thought it'd be nice to share the recipe now as July 4th. is coming and they're great for an outdoor get together. Add your favorite Tater Salad, Chips, pickles, etc. Anything goes well with these burgers and they're good served any time of the year. ENJOY!

In a flash of genius, my sister bought her favorite fresh pierogi (available in supermarkets), brushed them with olive oil and threw them on the grill. These crisp appetizers have become such a family standby that I’m always trying to come up with new toppings. Two of my favorites: grilled mushrooms and scallions, and spicy fresh salsa. If you wish to make your own dough use my Pierogi and Vareniki Dough recipe #133968. NOTE: If you use frozen pierogi that are not precooked, you must boil them first, then drain and let cool completely before grilling. BEER The creamy, earthy and spicy elements in these crostini call for a bright, golden lager with plenty of flavor to match. Try the classic Pilsner Urquell or the smooth and strong Polish Piast.

We all have our different tastes for burgers I like mine flavorful and juicy this recipe will give you the best of both! see the bottom of the recipe for tips on even more extra juicy burgers! --- making a indentation in the middle of the uncooked burger will prevent the burgers from puffing up into meatballs shapes while cooking and keeps them flat --- do not add any salt into the burger mixture as the dry onion soup already has a lot of salt content, you can sprinkle some on towards the end of cooking if needed, if desired you may add in 3-4 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue sauce to the ground beef mixture

I strongly suggest to make the dressing up to 24 hours in advance to blend flavors, also you can grill the chicken a day in advance and refrigerate. If you are not a black bean lover then you can omit them and use corn niblets, adjust the dressing ingredients to taste :)
