From Alberta Egg Producers website. This tastes a lot like our favorite Chinese restaurant's Egg Foo Yung, so I was thrilled to find out how easy it is to make at home! I usually double the amount of sauce, and I like to add a touch of oyster sauce to the sauce sometimes, too. For a complete Chinese experience, we usually eat this with Recipe #228704.

I bought the book "Small-Batch Baking" and this was a recipe I tried this morning and loved!! It made 2 normal size biscuits and one about 1/2 the size. The author, Debby Maugans Nakos, states that this is similar to "Hardee's" biscuits. Mine turned out golden on the outside and tender in the inside and so quick and easy.

I wanted some "real" baked beans for dinner, but didn't want the leftovers from making my usual recipe since I was only cooking for 2. I played around and came up with this tasty scaled down version perfect us. This is even easy enough for busy weeknights.

I've been making this Mexican-East Indian flavored coffee for years and the thought never occurred to me of posting the recipe until recently. To "Chai-ify" the coffee, add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper. I use our Bialetti stainless steel stove-top espresso coffee maker from Italy to prepare this. Feel free to substitute ground spices for the whole.

    Recipe #208131

I found this in the 2003 Taste of Home Annual Recipes cookbook. It was sent to them by Norma Grogg of St. Louis, Missouri. Since I like a meatier chili, an extra 1/4 pound of ground beef was added. But even if the extra beef hadn't been added, I still think it would be enough for 4. After simmering, I did a " taste test " and added some crushed red pepper flakes for more heat. If you don't add the crushed red pepper, it's very mild. If desired add some cheese to each serving.
