This is a light flavored salad that lets all the ingredients shine equally. Recommend toasting Quinoa Recipe #16399. For those who like more spice try adding cumin and chili powder.

    Recipe #368746

I have tried several recipes using quinoa and never liked any of them until this one. It is important to rinse this grain very, very well to get rid of the bitter taste. This is an adapted Moosewood recipe.

    Recipe #101925

This is really easy to make. There were no leftovers! What a great combination of flavors and textures. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.

This recipes comes from a fellow Israeli foodie, Gabi Shahar. I tried it out recently (am on a quinoa kick these days) and it's very good. A good alternative to tabbouli or couscous as a cool summer grain salad.

    Recipe #65131

Found this in Prevention Magazine, this is easy, healthy and most importantly...very tasty. You can substitute any cheese for the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. I recommend a strong hard cheese, but I have used all kinds and they all work. When I’m in a rush, I leave out the walnut pieces. A great side dish or when I am really lazy, add some cooked chicken for a great meal.

I got this recipe from a co worker after having it at a potluck.

    Recipe #97764

I love new twists on classic dishes. In this one, quinoa - a Latin American grain rich in protein - replaces bulgar as the base of this Mediterranean-Middle Eastern salad.

This is a must do in order to use this unique grain.

    Recipe #16399

Delicious! The quinoa really absorbs all the spices in this recipe and the chickpeas are a welcome addition. Feel free to use different beans if you want! This recipe came from Veganomicon.

    Recipe #295639

This is a pretty good healthy and easy to prepare dish

    Recipe #304705

Quinoa is a South American grain that is slowly making its way into the American menu. This grain imparts a lovely nutty flavor that is a welcome addition to the plate -- and its high fiber and protein content is good for you. Have begun using quinoa in place of rice for many sides including this one here. This recipe can easily be doubled for larger families or parties.

Tabouli using quinoa(pronounced keen-wa), a great South American grain, instead of bulgur or couscous. This Mediterrean/Middle Eastern salad is PACKED with flavor and simple to make! This salad is meant to be served chilled, but I normally can't wait that long, and end up eating it while it's still a little warm. It also tastes better the second day. And don't forget to rinse the quinoa!

    Recipe #246098

I got this Recipe from "Fed up" on the Veria channel, by Andrea Beaman. It's very easy and actually really tasty! I love it. So healthy too, tons of fiber, and truly a healthy dish. Very filling, I eat it for lunch sometimes by itself. WW friendly.. I use organic ingredients The only difference is, I don;t use meat in it when I make it, she used cooked chopped chicken. I prefer it without, as I usaually pair it with a WW spiced tilapia recipe I found here on Zaar, and goat cheese and scallion stuffed cherry tomatoes, asparagus, or some other veggie.. Yum
