This soup is so good, they will think it took much longer. Sprinkle a little cheddar on top to make it even better.

    Recipe #24003

My sister used to make this all the time, but had to lie to me about the cream of mushroom soup because when I was little I thought I didn't like mushrooms! She would tell me it was cream of chicken soup (which you can substitute if you wish). I loved this comfort food and am so glad I found the recipe again. Now trying to get my kids to eat it might prove to be a feat :)

    Recipe #28969

This is a recipe from Rachael Ray's magazine. She recommends serving it with breadsticks. Use an immersion blender to easily puree the soup.

    Recipe #349793

Made quickly one night when I was starving! The Neufchatel cream cheese gives the soup a nice tang --

    Recipe #392914

I Love this soup, and it's healthy and low in points. A great lunch or dinner with a salad. 4 Pts. per 1 1/2 C Serving - makes about 4 servings

The potato omelette is a traditional Spanish tapas, or appetizer, but it's equally good for breakfast or brunch. Found while looking for spanish recipes for ZWT5.

    Recipe #370753

    Great cheesy potato soup.

    Recipe #248964

This is a simple tasty dish my mom and I threw together in order to use up the tater-tot crowns left-over from dinner the night before.

    Recipe #295986

I was in the mood for something different. I had some tator tots and ground beef in the freezer. This is what I came up with. My family enjoyed it.

    Recipe #324352

Began as a simple homemade potato soup, but after opening the cupboard and the fridge, a new heartier soup was born!

    Recipe #350126

I'm trying to get into better condition with the Weight Watchers Core program. I was craving breakfast the other day, and came up with this quick and easy dish.

We made these all the time when I was a kiddo because it's easy and fun for kids to make and super fast. My mom liked it because it was a good use for leftover mashed potatoes (you can also use instant potatoes). I know it sounds like a totally weird recipe, but it is fantastic!

Here's my favorite way to use up left-over mashed potatoes. If your mashed potatoes are flavored with garlic, onions, etc. it's all the better. Measurements are approximate since I usually throw this together to use up leftovers in the fridge. If my potatoes are plain, I have been known to add a little chicken bouillon to give them more flavor. Serving size may vary- my two year-old DD and I share one of these for lunch. This definitely is not a "diet" meal, but, it's delicious!

I make this classic potato salad a lot for pot lucks and picnics. Everyone likes this recipe.

    Recipe #22747

Quick and easy potatoes that can be made in the microwave.

    Recipe #204071

Fresh hash browns made quick from scratch.

    Recipe #391802

This is so INEXPENSIVE and is on the table in 10 minutes flat. I made this frequently in college when on a tight budget. Feel free to use hot dogs, brats, polish sausage or whatever type of "dog" you like; these days I buy the more expensive hot dogs in natural casing from the butcher. You will find that the beer and potatoes some how take the bite out of the canned/tinned kraut. And now that I am an adult (don't laugh) I am thinking that some canned carrots would be great in here too! Serve with a side of horseradish sauce (I highly recommend recipe #39331) for dipping, some dark bread and a cold glass of beer!
