This is so simple to make and it will make your house smell wonderful! It reminds me of when I was little. It takes a while to make but there is no work involved, it's just time in the oven that you can spend doing something else. Alternatively, you can also use a vanilla pod instead of the cinnamon stick, just slice it open and throw it in instead of the cinnamon stick.
This is a quick, no cook easy delish recipe. Great for unexpected guests! Any berries can be use. If short on berries slice instead of using whole and place on pudding to make go farther. Liqueur can be skipped but preserves should be heated in micro to make into a spreading consistency.

This is an adaptation of my mother's recipe, I figured that if rum & raisin ice cream is good, why not bread pudding? Of course, you could use brandy or cognac or plain old water for soaking the raisins! Top the pudding with recipe #56294 Custard Sauce or recipe #56293 Rum Sauce or vanilla ice cream.
