    Yummy, easy chicken recipe that can be grilled, baked in the oven or sautéed on the stove. So simple! The longer the meat marinates the better. I serve this with some rice that has a bit of turmeric stirred through, but you can use plain if you must. A must with my Cucumber Yogurt dip. Would also make a great satay-like appetizer using skewered chicken and the dip.

    I got this from my friend Angi who is an excellent cook. I made these for dinner the other night and we loved them. It was our first time using ground turkey. I made fresh bread crumbs from sourdough bread for this. Note: I cooked these on an indoor griddle at 350*. Cook time is a guess because I didn't watch the clock.

    Simply spiced ground turkey or chicken made into patties with seasonings readily available in most pantries. I used Ritz crackers and minced sweet onion instead of the onion flakes. You can cook these patties up to 2 days before serving. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to cook. When you want to serve, microwave on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds. Originally from a Family Circle magazine clipping. Excellent served with French Toast and fruit for breakfast or brunch. I have also made these patties into a breakfast sandwich with a fried egg and slice of cheese on top of a toasted English muffin.

    If you like Buffalo wings you’ll like this grilled chicken version from the National Chicken Council. Note: the recipe instructions suggests using frozen chicken parts. I would not do that personally and would use defrosted chicken parts. If using defrosted, adjust cooktime accordingly.
