I'm not a big meat eater, in fact I don't eat it often. When I do indulge I generally choose chicken. I find it lighter then other meats and very easy to digest.

This recipe was found on Betty Crocker website. Uses Bisquick and seasonings for coating. Recipe calls for a cut up whole chicken, but I would just use boneless skinless chicken breasts to suit my family.

    Recipe #279193

This was one of my favorite recipes from Painter's Tavern in NY state. I tracked down various versions and tested and retested until I found the taste that fit their version. Thai inspired, not truly an authentic dish. This makes a lot of sauce - in fact, you may find that you don't need quite the full amount for this recipe. It really depends on how much you like in your finished dish. I usually make the full amount and the next meal I serve the extra portion as a dip for chicken fingers or satay sticks (it also can be used as a chicken marinade). The nutritional data is assuming you are eating all of the sauce with this meal, so bear that in mind.

    Recipe #393293

This recipe is the most flavorful home made fried chicken I have ever had. Also great picnic food.

    Recipe #11642

An interesting recipe from Japan, this is nice for sandwiches. It's fun to vary the seasoning. You may like Caribbean Jerk, for instance, or Chinese Five-Spice Powder. A bit of liquid smoke? You can also vary the sweetener used. Be creative! (Note: I found it necessary to cook the chicken longer than the recipe states. It should reach 165 degrees F. in the middle.

    Recipe #425205

Chef Thomas Keller makes this at the French Laundry restaurant. it is the best schnitzel i have had and that includes in Germany and Austria. The Panko breadcrumbs really make this dish

Recipe #387168 Colonel Sander’s 11 herbs secret finally gets revealed. This recipe is as close as it gets to the original chicken.

    Recipe #397888

Healthier alternative to deep fried chicken wings. These are just as tasty but better for you.

    Recipe #424477

Serve these wings with Blue Cheese dip and celery sticks. I found this recipe at Tops courtesy of National Honey Board. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

    Recipe #421439

Tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken! Skip the overnight refrigeration if you are in a hurry. For variety, eliminate the onion and substitute a quartered lemon or two, stuffed into the chicken cavity. Chef Shapeweaver had a good suggestion: Use Fajita Seasoning Mix #28011 as another variation. Thanks! The standard size slow cookers are a bit too small and a whole chicken won't fit. You'll need a 6-quart slow cooker for this recipe.

    Recipe #33671

This is based on a recipe from Diane Kochilas' book, Against the Grain, a cookbook featuring good carb Mediterranean recipes. My version differs in that I used a George Foreman grill for cooking the chicken.

    Recipe #264713

    Recipe #418157

    Recipe #11734

Yum! This meatloaf is really delicious. I combined 1/4 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup prepared mustard and spread it on the top of the meatloaf. This is optional.

    Recipe #416092

A family favorite! I sometimes add in a layer of cooked sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the meat mixture before topping with the stuffing.

You can substitute ground beef in this meatloaf recipe, if you wish. But you save the calories by using ground chicken. This recipe has a great flavour, texture and aroma!
