Here's a very inexpensive recipe for "Gifts in a Jar." This is also handy to have around the house for hungry kids who need a quick fix after sleding or skating!

Someone had to try this with the low-carb craze, so I gave it a shot! They really shrink when cooked. Might try it with brocolli too....

    Recipe #92701

This recipe has been in our family for years. They take about 5 minutes to prepare and there is no mess to clean up, no more grating potatoes

Super yummy potatoes are nice and low calorie. As with all of my WW recipes, this is tinkered with. I replaced buttermilk with stock. I never have buttermilk on hand and the broth just tastes better.

I can't believe this isn't on here yet! It is the ONLY way I make them and it's a fave among all visitors and family members!

Got this recipe from a lovely Polish lady I worked with. They are SO good!

I thank Emeril Lagasse for this recipe. I like to add a bit of onion and leave my potatoes unpeeled. Great side dish instead of french fries. If you make them as written or with your own touches, they're delicious!

The nutmeg makes this extra-special. Great comfort food for freezing-cold winter days.

This recipe is one of Ina Garten's (Barefoot Contessa) newer recipes(Copyright 2006). I watched her make it last night and I can't wait to try it. It looks so good!

I created this recipe based on flavors I love. Its easy, 5 ingredients, one dish. I sometimes make it into a meal by adding sliced kelbasa. I use Athenos garlic feta. You can substitute 1 cup cream and 1 cup milk for half and half.

    Recipe #99994

This is a deceptive recipe: quick and easy to make with a simple ingredient list but which really delivers the flavor. What more could you want from chicken and potatoes? I find one large lemon yields just about 1/4 cup juice. This recipe makes 4 servings, but my husband and I eat this easily between the two of us.

I couldn't find a recipe that looked good and I didn't want to puree the soup, so I combined 3 recipes and came up with this one. It was delicious which I found hard to believe with so few ingredients. It also came out a nice golden colour.

The sour cream and chives gives this potato side dish a wonderful taste.

I always mix my corn (or peas for that matter) up with my mashed taters. Here's my interpretation of a recipe I found on the net for it. Originally there were 2 pages of ingredients and endless steps. Simply delicious.

We make this on the grill at home and when we go camping, few ingredients that all travel well, no dishes to wash and delicious!
