This is a very simple recipe. I still thought about posting this because, the base of this recipe ( point where you add peas and potatoes)can be used to cook almost any vegetable curry - potatoes, spinach, cauliflower, capsicum , mushrooms etc.
Another variation of this recipe is to use tomato puree instead of chopped tomatoes
I was wandering through the Food Network website and found this recipe in a Rachael Ray episode. It sounded really good and I thought I could tweek it a bit to make it a bit more diet friendly. BLT stands for bacon, leeks and tomatoes.
This is the most delicious Indian dish I have made at home yet. This is basically the vegetarian version of butter chicken, only even better! It's so flavorful, very simple, and tastes surprisingly authentic! I found it on Allrecipes.com, where it was posted by Sushi0306. It's great served over rice.
I found this recipe on the All Recipes site and knew right away that our family would love it. We all did and now it is one of the favorites in my "keeper" file. Granted, it is high in fat content and calories but is oh-so-good for the occasional splurge -- we usually have it with grilled chicken and a steamed vegetable.
