I found this recipe on the food network site and it is by Tyler Florence. It was from the "Christmas made easy" episode. Sounds really good and received high ratings from the reviewers. Note: I usually find that I need to cook my potatoes for an hour or more, but wrote his specific directions.

    Recipe #333211

An excellent side dish to make right on the grill!

    Recipe #121542

I can't think of a better way to make potatoes. These are buttery, a little crisp, and perfect with My Favorite Burgers (also on Zaar). They require Paula Deen's House Seasoning (I have provided the recipe below). You will have way more seasoning than you need for this recipe, but it's great to keep in a shaker next to your stove (it's a perfect seasoning on everything!).

    Recipe #240121

On a rare occasion we have leftover mashed potatoes. Using recipe #27361 (the BEST), I added a modern twist to my mom's old Southern recipe. Increase or decrease onion, garlic, hot sauce, and S&P as to your preference. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Bet you can't eat just one!

    Recipe #136012

Here's a great scalloped potato recipe that's so easy and absolutely delicious. The leftovers are just as good, maybe even better, the next day. This is one of my favorite and most prepared recipes, from my 1971 Florence Junior Welfare League cookbook.

I love this flavourful variation on the usual twice baked potatoes. It looks bright and colourful too. The pine nuts provide a lovely nuttiness and texture but they can be left out if they are not to your liking.

    Recipe #371148

These are the perfect seasoned pub fries. They are really great! I hope your family loves them as much as we do.

    Recipe #352976

Sage and onions are aromatic, flavorful enhancements to flaky baked potatoes. This classic dish is a favorite in rural France. This is a recipe I found on about.com french recipes and changed just a bit.

    Recipe #369120

I love home fries but can't have them on my diet because they are fried. So, when I saw this recipe in the 'Eat Up, Slim Down' cookbook put out by Prevention magazine I wanted to put it here so I had it the next time the mood strikes.

    Recipe #341787

Preparing traditional potato pancakes can be a time consuming process....so you'll really relish this recipe. That's because there's no need to grate potatoes. By using frozen hash browns(or even quicker to use refrigerated shredded hash browns), these "spud-tacular" palate-pleasing pancakes are ready in a hurry! Recipe from TOH. I sometimes add some cheddar cheese in with the mixture.

    Recipe #354683

This recipe was taken from the Foodnetwork, Guy Fieri. I wanted to find out the calories, etc.

    Recipe #350732

From "Down Home with the Neely's"

    Recipe #367341

Your kitchen will smell wonderful while these bake!

We love potato pancakes, so when I saw this recipe I knew it was for me. It's so simple and the results are a great tasting pancake without all the work. I found this in an issue of Good Housekeeping

    Recipe #42564

I was trying to find another recipe that would go really well with catfish or any fish for that matter. I experimented in the kitchen and came up with this.

    Recipe #62530

This is the easy way to give everybody a twice baked potato. Makes a nice casserole!

    Recipe #26043

Good ole potato pancakes..what could be better, quicker and more economical? This delicious simple recipe makes a meal, or an appetizer. Try this out on your family...

    Recipe #23765

After a lot of experimenting, I came up with this easy to make and very tasty recipe.
