My husband always says that I cook a "mean" pork chop! I will have to admit they do turn out great every time. I thought I would share my tips with you. I always cook the bone-in center cut chops because there is more flavor near the bone. I find them packaged as regular cut or thin cut...either is fine. I always use canola oil for frying. This recipe is for two pork chops. It is best not to crowd them in the pan even if you have to start again with another batch. The biggest secret is the temperature and to keep turning the chops over. In the directions you will find some other important tips.
Great for a busy day! Such an easy meal and nothing can beat the flavor of barbecued ribs. Extremely tender ribs. Most all vegetables go with this entree. Everyone will love the cook and smack their lips!
DELICIOUS! The French Fried Onions give great flavor to the potatoes and sausage in this dish. A hearty man's dish which only needs a side vegetable. You may use hot or mild sausage. Quick and easy preparation.
POPULAR pork barbecue just for a family or double up and make for a crowd. I was born and raised in North Carolina and have enjoyed pork barbecue all of my life. It is usually served with coleslaw and cornbread. This type of dinner is frequently used for fundraisers. Another popular way is to have the barbecue and slaw in a sandwich bun. This is a quick and easy method to cook pork barbecue and freezes well. It does not take a lot of sauce and I would suggest you mix a small amount and do a taste test. A family recipe.
PORK never tasted so good!!! Tender, juicy pineapple sauce sends this recipe to the top of the scale! Not too sweet and a beautiful dish for guests! Easy dinner while you work or shop. Serve on top of buttered rice!
THE BEST quesadillas!!! These are very popular with my family and we have them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. The recipe is easily doubled or tripled for the freezer and microwaved later. The melting cheese....yum, yum!
WONDERFUL baked dish! This entree is a mainstay in our home and has been added to our family favorites list. May use bone-in or boneless pork chops. Easy and quick preparation. Note: One 6 oz. box of stuffing mix yields 6 servings. If your family likes a lot of stuffing you may consider using 2 boxes.
A GREAT MEAL for a BUSY DAY! Add this to your 30 minute meals. Wonderful melting, gooey cheese over a tomato sauce with Italian flavored sausage on a roll. WOW! This is good stuff especially for Italian food lovers or hungry teenagers.
