I have made this a number of times over the years, a long marinating time and slow cooking is the secret here! this is an easy recipe with wonderful results! --- you must plan ahead the roast needs to marinate for 24 hours or even up to 3 days --- if you are a garlic lover cut slits in the roast and stuff with whole garlic cloves if desired, If you have plastic gloves then use them to rub the spices into the meat if not be careful the cayenne is very hot --- you will love this!

    Recipe #158591

For best results marinade for a couple of hours before putting it in the crock pot. I suggest serving this with peach salsa or another type of fruit salsa. My husband likes to substitute beer for the water.

    Recipe #330980

From Austin Entertains, cookbook of The Junior League of Austin, TX. Marinate for 8 hours.

    Recipe #54114

Found this recipe in Cooking Light August/2008 issue. Dinner tonight!! :) I've made just a couple of changes to suit our tastes.

    Recipe #317086

This pork turns out soooo tender and the dressing is the just the right combination of tangy and spicy.

    Recipe #281512

This is unbelievably delicious, and so easy! It is a simplified version of a WeightWatchers recipe. If you get a deal on the pork roast (we got ours from Costco) it works out to 50 cents a serving!

    Recipe #344492

A recipe that the pork loin can be marinated and cooked the day before then sliced and reheated on the grill at tailgate time or cooked whole on the grill at tailgate. By = Chef Dale

    Recipe #391335

Cilantro, also known as coriander, is a signature spice in Mexican cooking. In this recipe it combines with lime to add zing to pork tenderloin, a sensational main dish for an elegant dinner.

    Recipe #9746

    From a friend. Delicious!

    Recipe #382402

This is also very good as leftovers. Time does not include marinating time (1-24 hours)

I love Cuban cuisine for its blend of Spanish, African and Carribbean cooking styles and flavors. This is one of those recipes that requires simple preparation the night before and then goes on the grill or in the oven for a quick but delicious meal. From "Home Cooking with the Uncommon Gourmet" by Ellen Helman.

I have been looking for more tenderloin recipes as I have fallen in love with this cut of meat. Here is another that goes great with white rice.

Based on a recipe from Marlene Koch’s book, Fantastic Food with Splenda. She says in its intro, “Hoisin is a thick, sweet, spicy condiment used extensively in Asian cuisine. In addition to being spread on pancakes for mu shu pork, it is used for delicious stir-fry barbecue sauces like this one.” She also offers this tip: “Hoisin is made from soybeans, chilies, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Brands vary quite a bit from one to another. It should be very dark and have a complex flavor. Koon Chun is one preferred brand.” Prep and cook times do not include the marinating time.

Yummmmm! My guests rave about this, I have made it twice now. The herbs that the roast lay on give such a great taste to the pork along with the mustard and the shallots. And the sauce is heavenly! I have used onions instead of the shallots with fine results. From Gourmet magazine.

    Recipe #364601

Adapted from Cuisine at Home. This is spicy and flavorful, but not particularly hot. Don't skip the fruit salsa - the sweetness really plays off the spicy pork. Use a commercially available salsa or make your own from one of Zaar's many options. One with pineapple works especially well

I have not tried this roast. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2005. A delicious hint of orange in the gravy makes this pork roast stand out from the crowd. Dried thyme, garlic and ginger further season each thick slice. Requiring just 15 minutes of prep work, the easy entree is an impressive main course to present to company and doesn't take up a lot of my time in the kitchen.

    Recipe #356850

I spent a day looking after a family members home while workmen were there to install a new security entranceway (they are away on holiday) so to keep me busy I decided to go through their cookbooks looking for some recipes to post on 'zaar.

    Recipe #256602

A mixture of salt pork, ham hock, pork loin and chicken with a healthy medley of vegetables. Make sure you soak the chick peas overnight before cooking them.
