I'm always open to new pork recipes. Sometimes it feels like that all we ever eat! With my husband being a pig farmer, it's definitely the cheapest meat around for us. Sometimes I have a hard time justifying buying beef and chicken. These are not necessarily recipes I've tried, but they've caught my eye and will likely be tried sometime in the future.
After not being able to find restaurant ribs that satified my hot sweet appetite, I carefully attempted various combinations of flavors until I found one that I and my family thought was perfect. Hope you enjoy them too.

I found this recipe on the web somewhere and decided to try it. It is absolutely wonderful and the meat just falls off the bones. As my husband describes it "they are succulent!" This is a must in our family at least every other week!
This has been a family favorite for years, it's an easy recipe that may also be made in an electric skillet instead of the oven, I have made this using cubed pork in place of the pork steaks/chops, and you can also make this using chicken pieces, see recipe#348602 the pork steaks can be browned in a skillet first if desired for extra flavor, use only low-sodium soy sauce for this, serve with cooked rice
Seared pork chops covered with fresh mushrooms, then baked smothered in a sinfully delicious sauce full or bacon, onions, cream, and a touch tomato sauce. A dish so full of flavor everyone will be wandering around the house looking for their socks. Quick and easy comfort food sure to please family and dinner guests. Note:The tomato sauce can be substituted with ketchup or tomato paste in a tube.
Gives pork chops a great flavour! From "1001 Low Fat Recipes", altered to suit our household. You can make these quicker by turning up the heat, but be very careful! The coating will burn very quickly!
