Tasty sweet & Sour flavor with no deep frying. Use meaty ribs so they don't dry out while browning . Try Country style ribs they are great in this recipe.Get everything iready in the morning right up to the final baking and the just pop them in the oven for the final hour

    Recipe #12174

Found this recipe in Chile Pepper magazine and modified it a bit. Never having had pulled pork in Lexington, I can't say whether or not it is authentic. I can say it was a really good addition to pulled pork.

I searched Zaar and could not find a recipe with this combination of ingredients. It isn't a pretty recipe but it sure tastes good. Use any cut of pork. The recipe doubles easily. I like to serve it with either a green salad or some other vegetable like carrots. Serve with extra honey mustard

    Recipe #422013

Lots of flavor, I have made this also using pork tenderloin. Soak the wooden skewers in water for half an hour to prevent them burning. Marinating time not included. Freezing the meat slightly makes it easier to slice it thin.

    Recipe #49401

Lovely simple pork-dish. Adapted from a James Martin recipe, he used 1 tablespoon of salt and to my taste that was far too much, but feel free to add more! I use a mix of sweet and hot smoked paprika powder. Marinating time not included

    Recipe #64726

A not quite sweet but not really spicy glaze to throw on tenderloins or chops. Ive made this without the dry mustard (didnt have any) and it tasted great! You can also broil instead of grilling with no problems.

I have tried many recipes for pork tenderloin and this is the absolute best ever. It is so tender and juicy and great tasting. Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #236576

This is such an easy meal. The sauce makes a yummy gravy to pour over the steaks.

Got this from the newspaper awhile back and decided to try it. I really enjoyed this dish, and maybe you will as well. :) This marinade is also great on Boneless pork loin as well. Recipe can be doubled. I served this with steamed carrots and wild rice. Prep time includes marinating time.

Wonderful grilled on the BBQ pork chops served with a tomato basil garlic mixture topping.

    Recipe #130761

This is a simple easy recipe that is soooo good! Try to use thick-cut pork chops for this don't use fast-fry. Add in some cayenne for extra heat and increase the mushrooms if desired! If your in a hurry just place the chops in the baking dish and you can omit the pre-browning step, Grated old cheddar can be used in place of the Parmesan if desired. Prep time includes browning the chops firstly, cooking time will vary depending on the size of your pork chops.

    Recipe #193947

This is a simple recipe I have adapted from Company's Coming. It is simple to throw together the marinade in the morning before going off to work and coming home to an easy dinner to prepare at night.

A delectable sticky glazed ham cooked in spiced cider and with a tangy marmalade glaze! This is one of my most requested recipes from family and friends - I have been cooking and preparing this ham for about 20 years now; it is wonderful for celebrations and festive gatherings! You can increase the quantities and weight with ease, although I have given the minimum ham weight here. The "boil before baking" method gives you a moist and flavourful ham with a sticky glaze, and just a hint of spices. A couple of "musts", do use good quality high fruit ratio marmalade, and if the ham is smoked or heavily brined - do soak the ham joint overnight or for up to 24 hours, in cold water - it disperses the excess salt. This ham makes a wonderful centrepiece for any special meal; however, it is also a wonderful and very economical way of providing two more types of snacks or meals - ham sandwiches, plus the ham stock makes a delicious base for all types of soups, especially ham and pea soup! I have stated oranges for the decorative finish - but clementines or tangerines would work very well too.
