James and Jen love this roast, so I'm posting it. It's very simple, but if you like falling off the bone moist roast, this is how you do it.

A great meal for the Autumn days! The pork chops can be pan fried or broiled.

A nice pork chop dish with onions and homemade applesauce. From the Mansion House, Poole, England.

Although I have not tried these yet, the recipe looks promising. This is from the Raley's Something Extra winter 2007. Time is an estimate

This is the easiest recipe ever. you will have people raving over this recipe. a definite crowd pleaser. i will never make this roast any other way. the chicken broth tenderizes the pork like you would never believe and adds so much flavor to the pork. this also makes the best dipping sauce ever. this is a perfect recipe because you can just throw it in the crock pot and sleep for 8-10 hours or you can prepare it the night before and turn the crock pot on as you are walking out the door to start your busy day.

New to slow cooking, I recently came across this recipe while perusing a cookbook from Mom's collection. Though I have not tried this yet, I'm keeping it here safe for when the time comes. I'm guessing that the honey mustard can be replaced with a combination of equal parts dijon mustard and honey.

Since I like chipotle sauce I thought I'd give this recipe by Caitlin Loftus a try.

To save time I'm using ground pork to make mine. From Emeril Lagasse Riverside Len, suggests leaving the cayenne pepper out all together.
