    I got this delicious recipe from www.atkinsdietbulletboard.com the orginal chef is Bikergoddess. We all thank her for creating this great recipe. It's not exactly like pizza, but it's pretty close. I like it alot. I've made it twice now, and will be making it over and over again.

    I like this recipe because it's simple and uses ingredients I always have on hand. I got it from my dad, I can't say for sure where it originally came from, but maybe from a Betty Crocker cookbook. This dough also works well for making meat pies.

    My DH loves those frozen Tony's Pizza Rolls....I'll eat them too, but....what exactly is in them?? We probably don't want to even know! These are MUCH better and at least we know what we're eating!! Buy extra sauce for dipping if you'd like, but they really don't need it. Also, add/omit any ingredients you like or don't like.     Don't let the long directions throw you - This is so simple. This recipe was in our local paper and I made it today. To quote the article "Spend about 20 minutes making a large batch of refrigerator-friendly, no-knead bread dough that, following a standard rise, can keep up to two weeks.Each day, the desired amount of dough can be removed from the batch, shaped and baked (the basic recipe produces three to four small loaves). Total active time each day you bake is about 5 minutes." This was a HUGE hit with the kids. I love it because it's healthy and oh so easy. I've tried making bread before without great success. This recipe is a keeper. This recipe makes four 1 lb loaves; the dough can be kept in the fridge for 14 days! If you make it, I would love feedback on variations.

    A recipe from Fleischmann's. Always good. You can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour for one cup of the white flour. You can add in some parmesan cheese if you'd like. Or, you can replace 1/2 cup of cornmeal for 1/2 cup of the flour. Have fun experimenting.

    This recipe has been in my little wooden recipe box for years. It's my "go to" when it's pizza time. It will give you two - 12 inch thin crust pizzas or one lovely thick crust. You can easily double it and still use the KitchenAid to mix and knead it. For a change of taste, change the flour to 1 1/2 cups all-purpose and 1 cup whole wheat.

    From Canada's Best Bread Machine Baking Recipes book. This recipe can be made in a bread machine, or by hand. I usually make two pizzas from this recipe and have leftovers, but you could roll it out into one larger pizza and/or thicker crust.
