This is my favorite pizza. It's a little work but, to me, it's worth every minute. Another recipe that I clipped years ago from the Chicago Trib. The prep time includes the dough rising time, though it may be less if you're using quick-rise yeast, which works fine with this recipe.

This is my new favourite recipe for pizza dough; it's so easy and works so well. I was watching a recent episode ("Pizza Party") of his show and went to the web as soon as it was over to get the recipe. Here it is, but the instructions are different than what you'll find on the web as I use my heavy-duty mixer rather than make this by hand. Enjoy!

This pizza is so good! And what an added bonus to provide your body with power-foods like spinach, garlic, artichokes and tomatoes... packed with antioxidants and other excellent health benefits!

This pizza sauce recipe was given to me as a wedding present, written on the inside cover of a pizza cookbook. It is thick, saucy, spicy and delicious. I'll never use anything else on my homemade pizzas. I like to double or triple it and put it in Ziploc bags in my freezer.

A good way to can your tomatoes

    Recipe #10639

This quick dinner is a recipe given to me by my friend Willa more years ago than I care to remember. I hadn't thought of it for a long time. Last week I was reading a novel and one of the characters made a similar dish. It took a day and a half of searching cookbooks before I found the right 3x5 card but it was worth the effort. It's just as good as I remember. The times are a guess.

No pepperoni here! But lots of Greek flavor with garlic, feta, and kalamata olives. One of these makes a nice meatless lunch (or two if you have a big appetite). Submitted for Ready Set Cook Summer 2005.
