This is a no bake, Fresh Berry Pie. Allow the blackberries to chill with sugar over night for easy assembly the day it is to be eaten. Cook time reflects time to chill. Just a side note, my husband, Dan'l, named this recipe ; )

These are so delicious!! Great company dessert or just for the family to enjoy, very easy to do especially if you use frozen vol-au-vent shells.

    Recipe #164672

An amazingly good dessert, packed full of carbs and all sorts of otherwise unhealthy stuff, from my good friend Bob in SSM Michigan...a tweeak of my own, to make it just a bit "different"

Delish with any combination of fruit, the pastry is especially good & crisp. (chill time (2 hours) for the pastry not included in cook time.) from the local newspaper

    Recipe #68830

Very good tart. I suggest "plumping" the raisins in some boiling water for a few minutes before adding them to the syrup mixture. Another interesting thought, is to "toast" the walnuts, before using.(Not required, but might be different.)

    Recipe #66169

This is wonderfully rich and creamy. You will love it. This came from my sister-in-law.

    Recipe #65401

These Canadian Butter Tarts are the BEST ever. This is a MUST at your next potluck or buffett!!!!!

    Recipe #64340

The only pie crust I will use anymore. Its flaky and slightly sugary and oh so easy to do. Note: due to some major discrepencies please use a good quality oil, preferably a vegetable and a good name brand like Mazola, it may not seem like it will make a difference but in the end it will, also use new oil not something that has been sitting around for a while.
