A very good, old-fashioned cream pie. It is one of our family favorites. I have been making this pie for 30 years, and it is still the best.

    Recipe #164549

One of the easiest and BEST desserts! Twice the STRAWBERRY. Twice the TASTE. Untold numbers of raves!

    Recipe #14569

Great summer desert. Very fresh tasting. I use real whipped cream for topping.

    Recipe #16881

Said the author of The Laura Secord Canadian Cookbook: "The Home Cookbook, published in Toronto in 1879, included a recipe for Toronto Pie. Although continuing as a family favorite, the name slipped into disuse during the intervening years. A delicate, hot-milk sponge cake split and filled with raspberry jam, Toronto Pie belongs in the same family as Boston Cream Pie. During my 30+ years of living in Toronto, I have never heard of this cake." Maybe not, but it sure sounds good! I haven't tried this yet. I chose it for Zaar World Tour II.

    Recipe #173371

I found this recipe on a Splenda ad, tried it and modified it a bit. I have made it several times for my husband who will NOT eat anything sugarfree...he really likes this version of apple pie.

    Recipe #77349

    Recipe #30946

Creamy filling with fresh strawberries and strawberry glaze. Does it get any better? The hours in the prep time reflect chilling time.

    Recipe #168984

Love the pumpkin pie but hate the calories? Well for just 2 WWers points you can have your pie and eat it too!

This recipe is from C.A. Lynd of lyndsgourmet.com. Every year we anxiously wait for Lynd's farm to put out their peaches. They gave us this recipe with the peaches I just bought and it is simple and wonderful.

    Recipe #128494

To die for!! This recipe also works great with fresh strawberries, just substitute strawberry Jello for the peach Jello. Prep time does not include time to bake the pie crust or cooling time.

    Recipe #115385

I call this "impossible-style" because although it makes its own crust as it bakes as all the traditional "impossible" pies do, it does not use commercial biscuit baking mix. Instead it uses fresh, scratch ingredients, and that, along with the fact that you are not adding all those chemicals the mixes contain,is what I think gives this pie such a good flavor. It is one of my favorite desserts, and I always get really nice compliments every time I serve it. This recipe fits perfectly into my 10-inch quiche pan, but I often halve the ingredients (except for the baking powder which I keep at 1/2 tsp.) and bake it in a 8 or 9 inch pie pan instead. The results are just as good. Hope you enjoy it.

    Recipe #183048

This is my favorite apple pie recipe, minus the sugar (For our diabetic friends and family members)

    Recipe #96242

A great desert for our diabetic friends. This recipe came to me from my grandmother, who was a diet-controlled diabetic.

    Recipe #41910

There are lots of Banana Cream Pie recipes on here, but none are excatly the same as my mom's. This is our family's favorite Banana Cream Pie - especially my dad and my husband!

    Recipe #191231

This is my favorite pie crust. I have yet to make it right, with all cold ingredients, so if you don't have time to chill the flour etc, it will be fine. I also have never made this in my food processor-- just with my good old pastry blender and a bowl. I have used this for both sweet and savory dishes. Work time includes 1 hour chill time (I do not always do this either...)

    Recipe #229387

From Sunset cookbook. I love this! It's my favorite pie. You get a lemon curd on the bottom and a thin lemon cake on the top but it pours into the pie crust all mixed up! Please use fresh squeezed lemon juice. If you love lemon desserts, you'll love this!

    Recipe #195525

This is an elegant but easy dessert. I got the recipe from a good friend. Time to make includes cooling time.

    Recipe #214372

This pie is creamy and light--melt in the mouth delicious. The seasonings are subtile and thoroughly enjoyable. From Food Network's 2006 Thanksgiving menu.

    Recipe #194678

Fantastic light, low carb dessert. So good with Atkins diet or diabetes
