I threw this together for lunch because I was tired of making sandwiches. It was really easy to make and my kids loved it. You can substitute different toppings or cheeses with whatever you have around the house.

I could eat millions of these smoothies You haven't lived until you tried one of these.

I have many different allergies and was looking for something a little different for dinner and came up with this quick and easy little gem - variations include using the whole breast instead of nuggets, adding spices of choice to the polenta, or leaving out the garlic

    Recipe #188327

This is a favorite at home! This is made using regular ground chicken. If using lean ground chicken or turkey, add an egg or two for moisture.

    Recipe #156288

A quick and easy way to prepare some nice "Shrimp on the Barbie."

    Recipe #135925

This recipe came from one I already had, I just put my own twist on it. It is excellent whether served warm or chilled, and works for a dinner, a side or anything in between. My measurements are all subject to my own taste. Feel free to mess with them a little.

My boyfriend discovered this a couple weeks ago when he put bananas in the freezer, thinking it would keep them fresh. He's glad he did now, he eats this every morning! Add some cinnamon or use Nutella instead of PB for a change.

    Recipe #198469

I like my breaded chicken with a crisp crust, but a lot of juice on the inside. I added some twists onto your basic parmesan and breadcrumb crusted chicken to suit my tastes and thought I’d share the wonderful results. I'm sure you have all of these ingredients on hand in your pantry already. Seasoning in the breading is subject to taste and can be varied to suit your spice mood ;-)

    Recipe #210294

A very tasty way to use up cooked chicken or turkey or duck (or all 3 mixed) after Christmas (or any time). Very handy if it is hot. It may seem like a like of work but it's worth it. Chill time not counted

    Recipe #172965

This has been a favourite for years AND so easy to make. Not too sure about the name though!

    Recipe #241009

I love this because it is a very different way to do potatoes, but do try to get long potatoes so that the slices are around the same size. I found it in a Jill Dupleix Cookbook and have used it ever since.

    Recipe #172966

...or as I like to call it "aisu koohii" with "miruku". I'm Japan-crazy, what do can I do!! This is a really refreshing simple low calorie drink for those hot summer days that won't have you worrying about your waistline!

Choc chip cookies loved by everyone. You can whip them up in 10 minutes flat. Enjoyed hot or cold.

    Recipe #209186

I learned this is a recipe from my Home Ec teacher at School. Her name was Miss Ping. She said it was her families favorite. And now it is ours as well. I have changed it a little over the years to suit our tastes. I usually serve this if I know the kids have not been eating properly. It always disappears. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we do Bella.

    Recipe #72294

My mum used to make this for me and my sister when we were younger and now I make it for the kids I look after. Its a good recipe to use up any bananas that are going a bit black. I also mash up bananas in lots of 3 put in a container and freeze for when I make this recipe and it turns out great.

    Recipe #250844

This dish is great as a side for your favourite Asian meal or even for lunch. It tastes just like our local Chinese restaurant without any bad reactions to MSG.

    Recipe #185898

I got this recipe back when I was in high school and is the only recipe to date that I enjoy. The end result has a pizza taste and is delicious.
