I was very honored to prepare these recipes for Pick a Chef. Each of these are wonderful recipes by wonderful chefs. Thanks to Kittencal, Bev, Steve_G, KerryC3 and evelyn/athens for posting such enjoyable recipes. I am sure you will enjoy them too.

This is just as good made without the crust and just baked in a 9-inch baking dish, make certain to use Granny Smith apples or similar baking apples, a frozen deep-dish 9-inch pie shell will work well for this
