This is a quick and tasty dish that will definitely impress your guests. They will think you spent all day preparing this! Greek olives and fresh rosemary give it a lot of flavor! This recipe was sent to me by Allrecipes.

I think it's the soaking in buttermilk that makes this “special”. The long prep time is mostly the soaking of the chops. The salt and pepper is to taste. Posted on October 5th 2005.

Recipe #140303

This beautiful moist pork roast is a great special occasion entree. Easy to assemble and put in the oven and forget about it!

Recipe #23025

Nicely flavored moist chops. If you use a thinner chop, make sure you don't bake for the full length of time; check at 25 minutes. Refrigeration required prior to baking.

Recipe #155546

Ripped off without guilt from the Lindsay Olive Company website. Obviously you could use any brand olives, but that wouldn't be very nice after they gave us this recipe, now would it? ;o)

Recipe #145516

Onions, garlic, potatoes and herbs go into this tasty oven meal.

Recipe #161640

This is a super easy pork chop recipe that tastes like you slaved over a hot stove for a few hours to achieve its tender flavor.

I was brought up in a Polish Home and breaded our chops with flour. You can use breadcrumbs in the second coating if prefered. Lovely topped with with sauteed mushrooms and onions! The rib chops are located next to the blade chops at the rib end of the loin. They contain some fat but are tender, juicy and very flavorful.

This was sent into me by one of my article readers. I thought it would be nice to share it with my Zaar friends.

My mom always cooked pork chops with just salt and black pepper... I took it to the next level. Very simple and VERY flavorful. If you like garlic and love black pepper you'll find these to your liking!

Recipe #197829

My family's favorite pork roast. Very flavorful. Pan drippings make excellent gravy. This recipe alone should be reason enough to grow your own fresh thyme.

Recipe #207589

My family loves these pork butt steaks. I got this recipe from the butcher at Wegman's when they were out of the prepared pork butt steaks. These can be done on the grill but baked in the oven is best.

This is an easy go-to recipe that has been around for a long time. It is a nice one for those days when you want a BBQ flavour but don't feel like digging the BBQ out of the snow. Serve it up with some fluffy rice and a tossed salad.

A Greek(ish) dish. The pork turned out very tender, which always makes me happy -- pork is so lean these days, it's hard to find a recipe that leaves it tender. A 4-oz. serving is 4 Weight Watchers points.
