This is the only pasta salad my husband will eat. The dressing though similar to other BLT salads on the site has one major difference and it really adds a wonderful zip to the salad. When ever I serve this salad several people go home with the recipe.
I made up this potato salad just now and the hot-pink colour immediately reminded me of the neon brightness of Bollywood films. :-) Although I didn't put any curry powder into the dressing today, I will do so soon, as I love curried potato salads - and the Bollywood of the title would be slightly more justified. ;-)
I found this recipe in an Australian supermarket magazine Recipes+. I very rarely cook with tinned soup, but this is good. I went to buy the soup and came away with the low salt one-a good choice as it turns out. The tandoori paste has enough salt in it for the dish.
Note that Aus tablespoons are 4 teaspoons
I've made this recipe for years, though I don't make cheesecake much these days due to cals involved! If you like your crumb mix up the sides, double the cookies and butter, and the filling doubles easily if you want a deeper cake. No need to double the topping. Prep time includes baking and cooling off the base.
This is a yummy, healthy salad recipe, which will have you come back for more. :)
Well at least, if you like earthy beet flavour, combined with sweet apple and salty feat cheese. I hope youll enjoy!
The original version of this dish comes from German chef Tim Mälzer.
We live in a caravan, on the road, permanently travelling around Australia. I’m always trying to develop tasty, simple dishes from what’s on hand. Russ really loved this one last night. Cooking in the bacon fat made them really tasty and is a lot healthier than some of the oils on the market (or so I have been told by others here).
A DELICIOUS CONDIMENT to your turkey dinner or in your turkey sandwich. Make ahead and let the flavors marry each other! This condiment will go well in recipe #261937 for Applebee's Turkey Cranberry Sandwich.
This is so beautiful! Peeling the potatoes is optional...your preference. Add some french bread and a salad and you have a meal! It can also be prepared and frozen for future use! Freeze in airtight container, then thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Place in a saucepan and cook over low heat until heated thoroughly....stir often! Adapted from Southern Living.
I hope this will taste like the recipe from Campbell's Soup Company, but even BETTER. They don't make that soup any more and I really miss it. I'm planning to make this using fresh tomatoes this summer from my garden.
