This is a pasta sauce I make once a year and fill my freezer. Serve with any kind of pasta. Note from UnknownChef86: This is a recipe I adopted in 2006.

Very easy pasta sauce with 5 ingredients only: Panna (cream), Prezzemolo (parsley), Parmigiano (parmesan), Pomodoro (tomatoes) and Pepe (pepper).

    Recipe #94197

A quick, fresh summer dish. Use fully ripe tomatoes for best results.

    Recipe #63547

I love this in the summer. It is very fast and easy to prepare and has nice texture and a great mix of flavors.

    Recipe #128298

The fresh sage turns crispy when fried in the butter and adds a wonderful flavor to the beef and mushrooms. This is a fairly simple dish that can be used as a main course or in smaller servings as a side dish.

    Recipe #49867

I love this recipe! I honestly do not remember where I got it from, but it's delicious and simple to make. It's very rich so I definitely would not recommend this as a side dish. It's great all by itself with some garlic bread on the side.
