My husband LOVES this dish at Olive Garden, and was very disappointed when they removed it from their regular menu. Now found this recipe on the web and keeping it here for safe keeping!

This is wonderful!! Everyone that I have served this too - young or old - have raved about this one. It can be made one day ahead to make the meal easy to get on the table. From Bon Appetit October 2002.

    Recipe #338484

This is a super quick tasty recipe that is the perfect after work fast meal, it is not only perfect for when your in a hurry, but I always make extra as it reheats fine the next day, if the pasta is a little dry all you have to do is add a little cream. It can all be cooked in the same pan so you save on washing up and there are no steps, in fact you don't have to cook the chicken first, remove set to one side, then cook onions etc... It is all added one ingredient after the other, which when you want something on the table with out fuss makes this a great meal.

I usualy make my Bolognese the traditional way, but tried this version a few nights ago, and the family just loved it. This is a quick and easy version and I might start making this a little more often now!

A favorite of mine. Adapted from Cooking Light, May 2006

    Recipe #286566

This recipe from Sunset uses only one pan. Yup, a single pan! The secret is to use frozen cooked shrimp and prepared pesto. When I make it, I thaw the shrimp by putting them in the same colander I am going to use for the pasta. Then I pour the pasta and its boiling water over the shrimp, and--voila--thawed shrimp! The recipe is very pesto-y, so, if you like, feel free to cut down on the pesto and use more sun-dried tomatoes. Also, use whatever pasta shape you like (we prefer long noodles, for instance).

Found this recipe few years ago in a BH cookbook. The variety of peppers add a nice kick and the creamy monterey cheese sauce provide the perfect balance.

    Recipe #154402

This pasta dish looks and tastes great. It looks stunning served in bowls or large, restaurant-like plates. I love sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil! The pine nuts add a nice touch. Roast the pine nuts in a skillet on low heat. Watch the nuts as they turn brown (and then black) suddenly. Serve this tasty dish with fresh parmesan cheese and a glass of wine.

My mom found this recipe years ago, and since then it has been a favorite among my own family and with anyone who got my mom to give up the recipe :) ... So flavorful, you too will not only enjoy this but never truly be able to get enough of it!

    Recipe #108555

Yes, I know there are other tomato sausage pasta recipes here, but this one is a bit different and by far my favourite! The semi sundried tomatoes and sage add a lot of flavour; any pasta can be used. This is based on a recipe from "Super Food Ideas" - we love it at my house, hope you do too!

This recipe is one of our kids' favorite sauces, and one that has enough flavor to please the adults in the house as well. This meat sauce is wonderful with short pastas, especially gemelli.

    Recipe #58488

This recipe comes from mom. She's one of the best cooks I know and this recipe stands on its own. Very easy to make. Can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat and sauteeing vegetables in olive oil.

    Recipe #57207

My husband tossed this together last night and it was a resounding success. I didn't write down the exact measurments as he is a handfull cook but this is pretty close. It was light and tasty! (Similar to Lumache AI Carciofi)
