A favorite of mine. Adapted from Cooking Light, May 2006

    Recipe #286566

Lovely Mediterranean flavors in this deliciously different cafe-style pasta dish. The sweet, nutty-flavored cauliflower teams beautifully with olives and capers, and the chili and lemon juice add a little zip. Don't be put off by the anchovies, which are often that secret ingredient you just can't put your finger on. They add a 'certain something' to the flavor, but are neither recognizable visually nor by the taste buds. Adapted from the Australian food magazine, 'Delicious'.

    Recipe #105191

This is delightful with a handful of pine nuts tossed in with the squash and peppers for the last 4-5 minutes of baking - don't let them colour.

This dish will make everyone think you spent allot of work preparing, and you don't! Really yummy, especially for you bacon lovers!

    Recipe #371251

From Healthy Food Guide magazine and posted for ZWT 5.

This recipe came from my Out Of Our League cookbook by The Junior League of Greensboro, North Carolina. I haven't tried it yet but it looks good. I may add a few pinches of red pepper flakes to kick it up. Will edit again after I make this. It says you can do ahead and can freeze, also says it is ideal for a buffet.

My husband LOVES this dish at Olive Garden, and was very disappointed when they removed it from their regular menu. Now found this recipe on the web and keeping it here for safe keeping!

Once you make this, you'll have a hard time going back to Spagetti sauce in a jar, I promise! My Mom has been making this since I was a kid. It is a big batch, that I make and eat and freeze the leftovers. Great to have in the freezer, can be served with any pasta. I've made this for many, many friends and people are always asking for my recipe, so here it is, straight from our family cookbook my sister assembled as a Christmas gift to my family. I've always wanted to publish a recipe on here, and this is my first pick, because it is my 'sure thing'. It is hard to mess up and everyone who eats it love it. I belonged to a dinner club and the ladies asked for a repeat - that is a huge compliment! Parents, I don't recommend leaving out the tabasco for kids, it is not spicy, but it needs the flavor. I think it, the sugar and the worcestershire sauce make it special. In fact, I like a little more tabasco than the recipe calls for. Also, I added the celeryand carrots (the more veggies the better I believe). I hope you enjoy this as much as my family has over the years.

This is wonderful!! Everyone that I have served this too - young or old - have raved about this one. It can be made one day ahead to make the meal easy to get on the table. From Bon Appetit October 2002.

    Recipe #338484

My husband tossed this together last night and it was a resounding success. I didn't write down the exact measurments as he is a handfull cook but this is pretty close. It was light and tasty! (Similar to Lumache AI Carciofi)

    Recipe #308164

This is a super quick tasty recipe that is the perfect after work fast meal, it is not only perfect for when your in a hurry, but I always make extra as it reheats fine the next day, if the pasta is a little dry all you have to do is add a little cream. It can all be cooked in the same pan so you save on washing up and there are no steps, in fact you don't have to cook the chicken first, remove set to one side, then cook onions etc... It is all added one ingredient after the other, which when you want something on the table with out fuss makes this a great meal.

Veloce in Italian means fast. This was created on an evening that needed to be fast! My husband likes his with a squeeze of lemon over the top. While traditional saltimboca requires pounding chicken with sage and prosciutto, this pasta sauce has the same components without the fussiness. Serve this over pasta of your choice.

I usualy make my Bolognese the traditional way, but tried this version a few nights ago, and the family just loved it. This is a quick and easy version and I might start making this a little more often now!

This dish looks as good as it sounds. I serve this with a green salad and crusty rolls. Great for a small dinner party.

Taken from the BBC Good Food magazine. Easy to make and a lovely fresh lemon flavoured supper dish. Even nicer with homemade pasta.

A recipe that has evolved from a bolognaise sauce made with bacon. Quick and popular. Can be made as one pan - by keeping bacon in pan, but preferable to remove.
