My family's favorite. This is a very meaty lasagna. We prefer it with cottage cheese, but you can easily substitute ricotta.

    Recipe #28768

This is the best Alfredo sauce ever. This is several recipes combined into one. You can also add your choice of meat (chicken, shrimp or even crab). The closest OLIVE GARDEN is an hour away and I will never drive that far again just for Alfredo sauce. I promise this is the best sauce ever. Definitely a dish you would want to impress your guest with.

    Recipe #141983

To me Fannie Farmer's recipe is the only "real" Macaroni & Cheese. It's from my 1946 edition of "Fannie Farmer's Boston Cooking School Cookbook". With time on it's side - this recipe is hands down the best for traditional, homemade baked macaroni & cheese - comfort food. Please Note: If you use CHEAP CHEESE you will end up with a BLAND and FLAVORLESS DISH!

    Recipe #135350

This recipe goes back a long time, it makes two 12-1/2 x 8-inch disposable pans, I use my recipe#71273 for this but you may use your favorite homemade sauce, you will need about 8 cups of pasta sauce or a little more if desired, chili flakes is only optional I like to add them in for some heat, you may adjust the amount to suit your taste or omit --- make certain to leave the frozen pan in the refrigerator overnight to thaw slightly before baking, and you will need about 2 cups of mozzarella cheese for the top after baking, this makes the perfect potluck meal and you also get to enjoy one pan :)

    Recipe #256064

Serve cold or at room temp. I prefer room temp.

    Recipe #225645

From "Rush Hour Recipes". Nice and easy in the microwave.

    Recipe #207201

This recipe is awesome! My family requests this often and it goes a long way! I got the recipe from Simple and Delicious magazine and have adapted it slightly to suit our tastes. Definitely worth making!

    Recipe #219088

Found on the back of a Great Value Finely Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese package

    Recipe #494677

This recipe is pretty quick and easy, that's why I like it. I found this recipe on the back of the "Ronzoni" Manicotti noodle box. The best way to prep the noodles is to pre-boil the noodles, making them still firm enough to stuff but soft enough for them to finish cooking when you bake the dish in the oven.

    Recipe #266955

We're going out of town, and I had some cheese I needed to get rid of, so I threw this together for lunch today. It turned out not too bad--thus the title of the recipe. I used what I had on hand, but of course one could add sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, ground beef...it's a good base for a whatever-you-have-handy casserole (but it tastes pretty good with just these ingredients, too).

    Recipe #248075

This is a great casserole, it tastes similar to lasagna. You can also top with grated cheese the last 15 minutes of baking if desired, I also like to add in some green bell pepper and dried chili flakes for heat but that is optional.

Olive Garden's Five-Cheese Ziti al Forno

    Recipe #202833

This is an absolutely INCREDIBLE recipe. Every time I've made it I've had to double it and it is still gone in nothing flat. People will beg you for the recipe

    Recipe #27221

Named after my son who loved it. I came up with this recipe myself, after trial and error. It's great for family reunions and picnics

    Recipe #208737

Great for that next 'special occassion'.

    Recipe #138860

A great family macaroni salad. It is so good, I have seconds every time. Summers coming!

    Recipe #87265

I came up with this standing in front of the pantry! It was "make do with what we've got" night! It came out rich and creamy! We really loved it!
