I hosted a buffet style breakfast party. To suit our "appetizer and nibble" attitude, I prepared all bite-sized finger foods. Everyone seemed pleased, and I was asked to prepare the same menu for an event a week later. I guess that is a measure of success. LOL

I got this recipe out of a diabetic cookbook published by "Prevention Guide". Very pretty dish for gatherings. Great comfort food with out the guilt afterwards. Make some ahead of time for lunch at work...makes you feel a little extra special! (will try to add a pic of it soon)
Small danishes that make a great addition to a brunch buffet. You can also make fruit and cream cheese danishes by adding a spoonful of your favorite pie filling prior to baking. There are never any leftovers when I make these.
