I found this recipe in "Healthy Cooking" by TOH. I haven't tried it yet, but I love fried zucchini, and this seems to be a healthier version! It is Trisha Kruse's recipe, so a big thanks to her.

    Recipe #323913

    Comfort food at its finest!

    Recipe #332428

Found this recipe in "The Metro St. Louis Guide to Smart Parenting" as a kid-friendly healthy recipe. Very simple and very tasty! The sauce rEALLY makes the recipe! The soy and panko give a nice twist to the familiar boring tuna cakes of yesteryear. Can be used as a main dish or as an appetizer. NOTE: Due to the concensus of reviewers, I have decreased the original 1/4 cup soy sauce to 1.5 tablespoons.

Easy to make, freezes well for OAMC. We made something similar to this at Dream Dinners and have continued to make it ourselves, it was so easy! You may want to pound out very thick breasts so you get more crusty topping per bite!

    Recipe #221892

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by Cagair.

These are a more adult version of chicken nuggets that are really easy to make, lower in fat than the traditional style nuggets, and classy enough to serve to company. Great with any dipping sauces.

    Recipe #220289

I came up with this when I didn't have any butter to make garlic panko chicken strips to go with #51884 True Lemon Chicken sauce. Panko is a chunky style of breadcrumb from Japan, giving a nice crunchy finish.

    Recipe #115193

I found this recipe in a magazine. I made the recipe the other day, and this mac and cheese IS tasty. It makes a lot, too. So if you have to make dinner for a crowd, this is the one to make. To save on cost, I don't think you would have to use the gruyere cheese, although it does add a bit of a difference to ordinary mac and cheese, as does the bay leaf.

    Recipe #197654

Adapted from a recipe by tangastar at allrecipes.com.

    Recipe #328416

I needed a recipe almost fat free. After marination, this would be fast and juicy that could be heaten up if need be. This is the recipe. Note: If you have large chicken breasts increase the Panko and spices. You could double the breading recipe.

    Recipe #230704

This is the best oven fried chicken I've ever made, hands down. The buttermilk marinade makes for deliciously juicy chicken and the panko comes out crispy every time. Prep time doesn't include marinating time.

A great recipe I found in Canadian Living that I tweaked a bit. Serve with crunchy raw vegetable.

Katsu are boneless strips of chicken,or pork that are breaded; fried and served with a dipping sauce. A staple at Hawaii restaurants, it has its roots in Japanese cuisine

    Recipe #314587

This is basically fried chicken coated in panko (japanese breadcrumbs). It is usually served with Katsu Sauce and steamed rice.

    Recipe #316572

From Chef Henry Archer Meer of the Manhatten restaurant, City Hall.

    Recipe #174394

Cheddar cheese, bacon, and a panko coating make these a satisfying side dish. From Cooking Light.
