    I hold a lot of these recipes close to my heart as I was a Pampered Chef Consultant/Director for 8 years. The recipe creator's at the Pampered Chef are top notch. When you choose to use a PC recipe, you will usually end up looking like a star to your family and friends.

    This recipe is easy to make--don't be fooled by the number of steps. It makes a beautiful presentation for holidays or other special occassions. I substitute "real" pound cake for the mix (I recommend #8953). I also vary the fruit, using the pound cake and filling as a base for other flavors I want to use--mostly strawberry.

    I thank my awesome neighbor, Alison for this fine recipe. I am not a huge fan of chocolate, but I must say, this is a great (and easy) cake. Because I only have a regular standard bundt cake pan, I make this in the oven. But if any of you have the Pampered Chef's Stoneware Bundt pan, this cake bakes in the microwave in 12 minutes!!! Alison always makes it in the microwave. When she gave me this recipe, I almost fell on the floor at how easy it was and she made it in the microwave????? I increased the amount of p.b. cups because I love peanut butter. ;)

    I found this in one of my pampered chef recipe books and it has become my favorite dessert to serve. This recipe makes two rolls, and once I brought one roll to a potluck, and wrapped the other one in wax paper and put it in a ziplock bag and froze it!! We pulled it out a few weeks later and it was just as delicious even after being defrosted! Enjoy!

    Years ago my little sis was a consultant for Pampered Chef and she made this for a party. I copied this down on a recipe card (very faded now) and long ago gave away the booklet this came from. This is incredibly easy and oh so very good. I like to serve this warm with a vanilla custard sauce or Poor Man's Sauce.

Their mood and energy can drop by midmorning if they don't eat at least a small morning meal. Our featured recipe this month is Crunchy Breakfast Tacos - an interesting twist on breakfast that the whole family will enjoy.
