    A collection of Gluten Free and some Paleo recipes for my recently Gluten Free family (doctors orders!) For those who are unfamiliar with what Paleo is- it's just gluten free plus a step further. It's gluten free, dairy free, bean free and other wheat free- it uses mostly coconut and almond flours instead of rice or tapioca flours- With an emphasis on meat and veggies.

    This is my locally famous chopped liver. It's definitely not healthy, but it is really good. I have been promised kingdoms and children have been named after me because of my chopped liver. ;-)

    I love steamed fish in black bean sauce! It is my favorite item to order at our local authentic Chinese Food restaurant. They add tofu, but I have read so much about how unhealthy tofu is lately, that I avoid all soy when possible. This recipe came from the 3 Hungry Tummies blog and I'm posting here so that I don't loose it because it was yummmmmy! I made a few changes to the original recipe, and I am posting it changed here. Furmented Black Beans are NOT canned black beans!! You can find them on Amazon or if you are lucky enough to live close to an Asian grocery store like I am in So Cal, you can find them there.

    This french bread is amazing!! It tastes so similar to the wheat containing french bread. Plus it freezes wonderfully!!! It's crusty on the outside, and soft and tender within. It is fabulous alone, or made as little brushetta', using 'Joanne's Creamy Brushetta' recipe(#108383).You can make it from start to finish in about one hour!!

    This one is from Civilized Caveman Cooking and it combines a lot of things that you already have in your kitchen to give you a roast that seems like you've spent all day cooking it! You could probably add carrots and quartered potatoes, but I haven't tried it with them in the crock pot yet.
