This side dish is really easy to make and very tasty. The combination of tastes is really great. This side dish is especially good with mashed potatoes and some kind of meatloaf (veggie preferably :) ).

This is a lovely Alsacian-inspired pasta dish that I learned from a French flat-mate, and that has become an absolute favourite. It is truly delicious!!

I came up with this as the ham i wanted to use was so short that i could not wrap it around the slices of melon. I came out much better and it is great for picky eaters like me as i do not like to blend my foods. That way allows me to have a piece of melon, eat the ham in one bite and finish of with some more melon. A great starter, serve with dry, sparkling white wine.

This has become one of my family's favorite soups. I begged my friend for this recipe after tasting it at her home. It has a very appealing smooth taste that cannot be compared with store bought tomato soup. You may also subsitute 1-2 lbs. fresh chopped tomatoes for the canned diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.

    Recipe #216458

Dressed up and tasty combination of tomato, garlic, onion, and bacon make this a sure hit anytime!

    Recipe #239763

I usually double this recipe and even make a little extra of the "dressing". Otherwise I find it to be a little on the dry side. Great for sandwiches, on top of green salads or served on top of tomato slices!

This comforting casserole is a play on Tuna Noodle Casserole, taken up a notch. By using Pancetta and Extra Sharp White Cheddar, this casserole is comfort food with a touch of something special! Also, feel free to use regular bacon, or turkey bacon, and whatever other cheese happens to be your favorite! This is one of those versatile recipes that proves cooking is art! Do what suites you! My boyfriend and I are also on Weight Watchers, so we used reduced fat-sodium Cream of Mushroom and No-Yolk Egg Noodles. I sauteed our mushroom/onion combo with the pancetta grease and a 1/3 cup water, and drained before combining it with everything else. I find you get the flavor with out all the fat if you add a little water! Just make sure you drain it well. Watery Casserole = pretty gross. If you aren't using a non-stick pan, use a teaspoon or two of butter, but not oil. It'll mess with the flavor.

I am always searching for easy sides since I do not have time to prep a 30 minute main item and 30 minute side. This one is one of of our favorites, and so healthy too.

    Recipe #282335

I'm not sure where this recipe originated, but my Mom has been making it for years, and it's our "standby" when we can't decide what to make for dinner. We usually use leftover rice, but recently my sister has decided no-yolk egg noodles work well with it too! This recipe can be made low-fat by using reduced fat soups and sour creams, but they won't thicken up like the regular varieties.

This comes from our local Sparkle market. They post recipes every week. You can surf their archived recipes at I am always looking for chicken recipes.

We got married in Maui and this drink reminds me of our wedding dinner at a luau there. I got this recipe from a friend of mine. Very tasty. I sometimes make this in a big pitcher so if you want more than one glass you'll have to do your math!

    Recipe #242901

This recipe came from the back of a bisquick box, I tried it once and my family loved it. I change it up every now and then too, instead of chicken use ham.

This is the best home made fried chicken I have ever had!! I got this recipe out of a recipe book that our work made. It has recipes from people that work there and from some of the residents that live there.
