I had an abundance of cream and remembered how much I loved the roasted red pepper soup from local restaurants. I quickly whipped this together and was very pleased with how it turned out. You could easily alter this recipe to your liking.
This recipe came from my grandma and I've adapted it to fit my tastes. Great for Thanksgiving.
This is a satisfying soup with unusual flavours. The bulghur and the rice add a lovely texture to the soup.
My good friend Jess makes these for us all the time and I absolutely love them. This is a "throw in the pan" kind of recipe and all measurements are approximate so add to your liking.
