another version of the chicken lettuce wraps.

    Recipe #15865

from the P.F. Chang website. (spaghetti can be substituted for the vermicelli; proscuitto can be substituted for the Yunnan Ham)

What better drink to have sitting by the pool but a drink with lots of fruit juice and rum? I found this drink on the web at barnesandnoble.com.

Finally -- The VEGGIE Version! After scouring the internet for the vegetarian lettuce wraps, I finally broke down and decided to tweak the ubiquitous chicken recipe and this worked out great! The cooking sauce is from the original recipe but is enough for two batches of the veggie version so make go ahead and make the full recipe and reserve half for another batch. Save in a jar and store in the fridge until needed. Another tip: when buying bamboo shoots, get the strips. This will cut down on prep time as all you have to do is dice these. I've also included a sauce for adding to the individual wraps after cooking (just like in the restaurant!) I like my sauce spicy so you may want to experiment with the ingredients for a milder version.

From www.TopSecretRecipes.com I love P.F. Chang's Mai Tai. DH found this recipe on Top Secret Recipes. We think this is pretty close, and really delicious. This is the way we make our mai tai's! Enjoy!

Here is another P.F.Chang's Bistro recipes, since all of you liked the Lettuce Wraps so well. I think this one is yummy as well.

A delicious noodle dish with chicken and shrimp and the trademark curry flavor. You can get the fried shallots you need in this recipe in little jars at the Asian markets. They sell fried garlic as well.

From www.TopSecretRecipes.com I made this recipe from the Top Secret Recipe (clone of the restaurant) version. It was gross pureeing the raw shrimp, but you don't have to worry about the size of the shrimp. They came out beautiful, I made extra to use up all my shrimp, then froze about a dozen of them. I love these dumplings (sometimes called potstickers) and at least I know what's really inside! Actually, spraying the steamer with non-stick spray would probably prevent any sticking. Great authentic appetizer for a stir-fry night!

This copycat recipe is as good as the original! I originally got this from a recipe adapted from Todd Wilbur's on (and modified it again until I thought I had it right) www.TopSecretRecipes.com

I LOVE PF Changs Lettuce Wraps, but we live a long distance from the nearest of their restaurants. When I start craving their lettuce wraps, I make this copycat recipe, and my husband says they are even better than Changs. You be the judge. They are a little work, but well worth the effort. Note: I took the cellophane, heated about an inch of oil in a skillet, got it hot, tested it with a few crumbs of noodles to see if it would sizzle, and then dropped the noodles in. They crisp up very fast. I drained on papertowels and then mixed in with the other recipe,

Nailed it, finally!!! Fantastic sauce for tempura battered or grilled veggies like beans, asparagus, carrots, anything. I could just guzzle it out of the bowl :) We purchased the mayo at an Asian food store locally along with some fabulous 1 - 1 & 1/2 foot long green beans that we cut into 3 pieces each. Simply divine.

I clipped this from a magazine. I've never had this from P.F. Chang's but I've made this recipe a few times and it's good (healthy) because it's steamed. Note: I did go off this recipe and made it to my taste, such as when cooking the veggies, I used less oil and a bit of chicken broth to "steam" the veggies and for more flavor I added a bit of chopped garlic to that as well. Also I added to the sauce since it's too bland for my taste, I added more sugar, some chopped garlic, some mirin, and a little ginger (refer to "All purpose stir fry sauce #87748). For best results do not use any Atlantic or atlantic farmed salmon. I have substituted broccoli florets for the asparagus (I forgot to buy it). Serve with brown or white rice.

This is a copycat recipe from PF Chang's China Bistro. We don't have a PF Chang's anywhere near us, and my sister had a craving, so I hunted this one up on the 'net.
