    Tasty "premade" pizza crust.

    Recipe #37455

Absolutely delicious meatloaf and sauce! Those who claim they don't believe there can be such a thing as a great meatloaf will love this. Based on a meatloaf given to me by a dear friend, Virginia Strehl, Memphis, and Leesburg, Fla. Nita Holleman, 2000

    Recipe #54257

A great twist on the grilled burger! A must for blue cheese lovers, and the sauteed mushrooms finish these off perfectly! I had these at a friend's cook-out, and I had to have the recipe. If you like your meat spicier, feel free to add more spice to the meat mixture.

    Recipe #335682

This is a simple recipe I have adapted from Company's Coming. It is simple to throw together the marinade in the morning before going off to work and coming home to an easy dinner to prepare at night.

    Recipe #27210

I've tried many recipes, this is the best. I once 'dec-tupled' (10x) this recipe to sell sandwiches at a craft fair at my church. People were waiting in line to buy leftovers. Freezes well, goes up to the lake or camping well and is a hit on Halloween...it's no-fail. Easy to double, triple, etc. I've been making Joes this way for over 20 years. ***03-08-09, I just reinvented this recipe tonight when I went to make it for dinner and found I didn't have an 8-oz. can of tomato sauce (shame on me). The family was upset with me when I subbed an 8-oz. can of pizza sauce and told them to suck it up and call them 'Pizza Joes' and then served them up with shredded mozzarella cheese on the toasted buns, top and bottom. They loved it. I left out the BBQ sauce in this preparation and just used a 1/2 cup ketchup. Pizza Joes are good to go!

    Recipe #63689

I made these one night when I was craving some meatball subs. Unfortunately, I did not get to try any as my husband ate them ALL! They are nice and moist, and hold together even without the egg. They are 6 ww points for four meatballs.

    Recipe #87537

My gourmet cooking teacher in college was the dietitian for Greenview Hospital near my home. During a visit (of course, due to diabetes) I had this beef stew. Anne gave me the recipe and I had to scale it down tremendously. It is deeelish and I always requested more from the hospital kitchen.

This chicken pot pie recipe takes a little time, but it is WELL WORTH IT!! This is an all-time favorite in our family. Great on a cold winter day.

    Recipe #10744

This is a great comfort food. I make this quick after work and the pressure cooker makes it tast like it was cooking all day.

    Recipe #141790

This is my absolute favorite fruit salad. When I take it to church, the bowl is always left clean and nobody knows it's not made with sugar. It's such an easy way to get my fruit fill for the day. This can be used as a diabetic diet fruit exchange; 1 fruit exchange for this is one cup. NOTE: You should use as much fresh fruit as possible. The only thing from a can is pineapple and peaches (and cherries - fresh cherries don't work for this). This salad also should not be prepared until right before serving if at all possible. Refrigerate all the fruit except the bananas. Cooking time is chill time.

    Recipe #142355

My Aunt first made this for me as a teen. I still crave it every now and then. It is a very basic recipe that you can have fun "playing" with.

Quick and easy as well as tasty Blueberry Bundt Cake

    Recipe #20086

This is my father-in-laws recipe for chili. I love to make it on a cold winter night. Sometimes I serve it with Corn Chips in the bottom of the bowl, topped with the chili and then top the chili with grated cheddar cheese

Brining pork chops is undoubtedly the best way to prepare them. After I did it once, I will no longer prepare them any other way. They are juicy and delicious and far better than any I've ever had before.

    Recipe #51886

This is one of my family's favorite quick work night meals - I used to make this as a teen for my folks and have continued with my family. My kids (and hubby) request this one!! Fun ways to change it up are to bake crescent rolls in a ball/roll filled with cheese on top of the casserole (I like to start them out first so the bottoms cook a bit first), or top the casserole with fried onions, crushed potato chips (a great use for those old chips in the cupboard), etc. I modify the amounts depending on what I have in the pantry - but it is always great!!!

I got this recipe from a cookbook and loved it so much I wanted to share it. This is perfect alone or served in a chicken salad. Because there are only the two of us, I divide the recipe into four freezer bags with 2 chicken breast halves in each bag.

    Recipe #160306

This is simply the best beer can chicken I have ever had. You first rub a spice mixture over the chicken, then baste it with a delicious glaze. We've had it many times this summer. Winter's coming, and I can't wait to try it in the oven! This recipe makes two chickens; simply cut it in half if you prefer just one.

    Recipe #192308

I love this Crock-Pot chicken recipe for two reasons: one, my family loves it and two, it is so easy to make! I got this recipe from my sister. She has two children of her own, and they love it too! It's also the best leftovers in the world -- if there are any!
