Serves 2 but just double to serve 4. We make this in several variations depending on the pantry spices.

A delicious, summery casserole that my mother has been making for years!

Quick, hearty soup, that gets its flavor from the kielbasa.

    Recipe #53767

This is a modified recipe, originally called Farmhouse Cheddar Soup, which I clipped out years ago. I make it often and freeze in individual servings to reheat. You can reserve 1 1/2 c of the cauliflowerets to saute in some butter and add after the soup has been pureed. I usually just puree it all in the soup pot with a hand blender.

This recipe is quite a favorite at Treebeards' restaurant in Houston. It's posted in response to a request. Cooking time does not include the pre-soak or pre-boil time. To make it South Beach friendly, substitute low fat turkey smoked sausage for the regular smoked sausage, and serve with brown rice.

    Recipe #121498

Delicious and satisfying... I don't remember where this recipe comes from, but it's a pleaser! Easily doubled. Also, works well with gf pasta and sausage

    Recipe #32844

A copycat recipe of the Pasta Milano served at Macaroni Grill. Yum Yum!

    Recipe #50385

These enchiladas are so tasty, and can be done in a snap! So good that I actually have a guy that pays me money to make him some every month!! If only he knew how easy they were!!

I have no idea where I got this recipe or who Donna is, but this is a simple and tasty enchilada dish. It goes together quickly because you start with a rotisserie chicken.

    Recipe #276918

This tastes exactly like Taco Bells Mexican Pizzas.

You ain't lived 'till you ate these. One taste and you'll see why a 'sourdough prospector' would give up his gold claim before his sourdough starter.

    Recipe #279992

Try this wonderful alternative to garlic bread with your next spaghetti dinner. It is similar to cheese focaccia. The recipe is from Pillsbury's Best of the Bake-Off Cookbook. Just recently I made it using the Chipotle-Herb Butter from recipe #63245 and it was awesome too. Lots of possiblities if you use your imagination.

    Recipe #105861

At one point, I always made homemade bread! This recipe, from the KitchenAid Recipe and Instruction book, was our favorite! When it comes out of the oven, you want to be sure to have a knife and butter handy! MMM...homemade bread...one of life's simple pleasures! (Prep time includes two hours for rising of dough)

    Recipe #72787

This recipe is a perfect dessert for hot summer days.

My mother brought this recipe home from her Home Economic class (in the late 50's)and my Maw Maw has been making it ever since. My mom, aunts, cousins and myself all enjoy the recipe now. It's a moist cake with a delicious topping!

    Recipe #93318

These are To Die For. A neighbor brought these over for the holidays and I have to tell you, they are addicting!! They are easy to make too, what more could you ask for?? The recipe does not call for it, but I add the zest of 1 lemon and also a glaze on top made with fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar.

    Recipe #103653

These delicious bars are a family recipe. They are a great combination of chocolate and peanut butter - and the best part is, they use ingredients you usually have on hand. Whenever we take them to parties, they vanish in a flash. To make cookies, drop the dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at same temperature.

    Recipe #257857

This recipe was printed in an advertising flyer for a local realtor. My neighbor brought some over after she made them and they were pretty dang tasty. These would make great cookies for St. Patrick's Day.
