Chewy, yeasty, yummy and fast! Instructions included for whole wheat dough and freezing for a make ahead meal too! Cooking time does not reflect time for toppings!

Along long time ago I worked at McDonald's... well, I won't eat there anymore, but my kids sure wish we did. If you want "the real thing" use processed cheddar rather than real cheese.

These are tasty and fast! They are perfect for breakfast in a hurry! Both kids love these, and they are hubby-approved!

I make these every Fall. (Because that is when my garden is done with for the year.) I have tons of potatoes to use and without a root cellar they need to be used. I have no idea how much I really make. I just do up all the small and ugly ones.

This is a wonderful, rich dish which can be made mostly from pantry staples. It takes almost no time to make, yet tastes like you spent a lot of time on it. It's also versatile- I use this sauce (without the sour cream) for Salisbury Steak. If you want to take it upscale for company, try using sliced beef tenderloin. It's also a great way to use up leftover beef, just cut into thin strips, skip the steps regarding cooking the beef, and add it into the sauce a few minutes before serving so it has time to heat through.

Really, after you have the quiche mix down you can replace the other ingredients with whatever you like. My husband happens to like the sausage and cheese. Weight Watchers: 3 points per muffin when using low fat sausage, cheese and baking mix and fat free milk.

This is an OLD recipe from Armour Star Lard handed down from my grandmother. My grandfather used to work for Armour. I substitute shortening for the lard!

I got this basic recipe from another site but changed it a little for my family. The original recipe called for orange juice as the liquid instead of milk. I also added the vanilla as we think it gives it a nice flavor.

These hash browns can be made just a day ahead, or frozen for future use.

I've been making these cookies for over 20 years. I found this recipe in an old Service League Cookbook from the 1950's. The recipe was originally contributed by the Green Bay Day Nursery, and gently tweaked over the years. I can't begin to tell you how many people have asked for the recipe. The cookies do not spread much resulting in a nice thick drop cookie. Because of the large volume of cookie dough this produces, I use my KA Stand Mixer to prepare the dough and just mix the extras in by hand with a sturdy wooden spoon. This dough freezes very well, and can be halved successfully if desired. Don't be intimidated by the long directions as the dough itself is extremely easy, I have added Variations and Fun Tips which make the instructions seem longer. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do.

Another Once a month meal that's sure to please. My little girl likes these because they pick up easily in her hands! *I revised this recipe based on several folks pointing out that I had made a mistake on the amount of cream cheese. Thank you so much for the input!

This is a recipe I found online and adapted to suit my family's taste. You can use either Chorizo or regular bulk breakfast sausage, depending on your tastes. They're both good. If you like spicy foods, add a 4 oz can of chopped and drain green chilies.

Katy found it. Now its improved by group editing. In ingredients it says broccoli but it means stir fry veggies. I had to put that instead to get closer nutritional information.

Feed the family a substantial, hot breakfast, fast. Keep these in the freezer for inexpensive zap-and-run convenience! Adapt the recipe to your tastes, dietary needs. Try another variety of cream soup, such as cheddar cheese. Sub diced beef or ham for the sausage, cubed potatoes or broccoli for the veggies, tortillas or English muffins for the pita.

I love dump recipes and this one is an easy 4 ingredient one!

This is a wonderful apple pie filling that you make in the fall when apples are in abundance. During the winter months, just pull a package of pie filling from the freezer, defrost, and pour into your favorite pie crust. This makes enough filling for 4 pies.

These are great with chicken or a roast. They are also great for lunch, just microwave for 5 minutes, they keep in the frige for 3 days.

This baked ziti is absolutely delicious and whenever I make people come back for thirds! Since it is a bit involved for me, I usually make one to bake immediately and freeze another pan to cook later, so this recipe makes two pans. Fresh basil is essential to get the right flavor.
