This recipe came from Kristine Snyder, Kihei, Hawaii, and was the $25,000 grand prize winner in the National Chicken Cooking Contest.

    Recipe #65297

These cute little appetizer burgers can be mixed and shaped ahead of time. Just cover and chill them until you are ready to grill. Chose your plum tomatoes small enough to be about the same size as the quarter slice of bread and your baby burgers.

Bison (buffalo) meat is very lean and is a healthier alternative to beef. The Cabernet onions nicely complement the burgers. From Bon Appetit, February 2009.

    Recipe #359633

    (Adapted from Canadian Living)

    Recipe #235110

These Indian-inspired burgers are made with lean ground turkey and flavoured with tikka paste and yogurt. If you have the time, make these burgers a few hours in advance, which will allow the flavours to marinate the meat. Serve the burgers in halved baby naan breads with some baby spinach leaves and a spoonful of tzatziki. These burgers can be frozen. Open-freeze the patties on a tray lined with greaseproof paper until firm, then pack into labelled containers or freezer bags and freeze for up to 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.

    Recipe #323695

This was on the package of meat. It is from Great Range Brand. I left out the hot pepper as we're not fond of hot. The flavor was good, but a little sweet. Next time I'll put less ketchup in. It's a good basic recipe to experiment with.

    Recipe #163763

These buffalo meat burgers have great spicy flavor. They come out really moist--as long as you don't compress the patties too much. I like mine with cheese, so I just add a slice during the last couple of minutes on the grill. This recipe is from a Weber grilling cookbook.

    Recipe #231256

Just make these that's all I can say, I made these using my own beef that I minced so I only cooked them to medium-rare which took these to another level! if you are using purchased ground beef make certain to cook the meat thoroughly, plan ahead the patties need to chill overnight.

    Recipe #367493

This is a recipe I grabbed when I was raiding my mother's recipe books when I was visiting home. It comes from a Betty Crocker booklet called 'Fast Summer Suppers'

    Recipe #341011

1995 Grand Prize winner, Build a Better Burger Contest. Porter Lansing, Englewood, Colorado.

    Recipe #176331

That's right folks, the Jimmy Buffett fan in me is sharing a "Buffett-inspired" recipe to get into the "swing of things" and gear up for tailgating season. Also lots of fun for kids' snacks or barbecues. I saw this in a little shop in Estes Park, CO and tried out some things to make a "copy" when I got home.

    Recipe #89105

It can't be! The coveted Krabby Patty recipe! For authenticity, add a smear of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of love, but I can't guarantee it will taste very good.

    Recipe #145114

This burger is hands down, my all time favorite. My fiance said that he had something similar in a restaurant in Albuquerque, NM. So, this is his attempt at a re-creation. I don't think that it could be any better though! *note* These are so good that 1 is never enough. We usually cook and eat 2, wait a few hours and do it again. :) Also, Green Chiles are not hot at all. So, Don't worry about heat. These are mild enough for kids. Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #266793

Another one from our favorite - HUNGRY GIRL! "Burger Bliss Been dying to try one of those cheese-topped, teriyaki-tastic, crazy-high-in-calories Banzai Burgers at Red Robin? Have this instead..." Greek Turkey Burgers Servings: 4 burgers

    Recipe #3295

These mini burgers are so good! The recipe comes from the Neely's. Everyone I have made these for starts craving them and wants more and more. Try these as the recipe is written for the best results and then change it up if desired. I have to tell you, I don't like mustard and I love cheese. This uses dijon mustard and does not have cheese. I even tried them with the cheese and didn't like them as well. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #359075

this recipe was in AARP adapted from Sara Moulton's Weeknight Meals. We tried it and found it delicious!! In fact so much so, we had a 32lb hen turkey in the freezer, cut her up and ground the meat so we can use for this recipe and others. It's an easy recipe to make and very good for you. They smell so good while mixing up, you can hardly wait. Yuuuuummmmm gooood!!!

    Recipe #292665

This was created by Lafayette, LA resident, George Graham and was a finalist in the Sutter Home Build a Better Burger Contest. It was called Bluesiana burger with zydeco sauce, Mardi Gras slaw and root beer glaze. However, I've posted all those recipes separately because they're all great on their own. See separately these recipes or for the best burger, brush this patty with Root beer glaze, spread the buns with Zydaco Sauce, and top with Mardi Gras Slaw!

This is another great recipe from Marlboro and the "Cook Like a Man cookbook". I have done this with blue cheese and other cheeses. I think that the original recipe is the best. It has a great taste to it.

    Recipe #355533

Oh, I think you're gonna like this!! Adapted from Southern Living magazine. If you can't grill outside, use your grill pan indoors.
