    OAMC - Poultry Plan

    I love OAMC for all the extra time I have to spend with my family. It's easy to cook a little extra during a weekend or double up during the week. All these recipes are good from the freezer! Some of these recipes don't show that they are OAMC or freezer compatible but I have either done them myself or have been told by other chefs here how to go about it.     These are great for cannelloni but you can also buy wonton wrappers or make fresh pasta to make ravioli. Simply boil the ravioli after assembling. Do not over stuff (a tsp to a 1 1/2 tsp should be more than enough) for about 3-5 minutes. I usually take one out after 3 minutes and try it to avoid over cooking. Cover with the tomato mixture, and parmesan to taste
