Co-workers often ask me to bring in my Ranch Dressing to have in the lunch room. This is the recipe I normally use.

    Recipe #16778

A friend e-mailed me this recipe and I think it is probably from weight watchers. Have not tried it yet, but it sounds delicious! 2 points each

A simple weight watchers recipe. 2 points per scone. Can substitute raspberries.

    Recipe #175821

This is a make ahead recipe that you can freeze and use later when you expect guests or use today. It is really good. Adjust the heat to your liking!

    Recipe #36197

Old as the hills recipe for weight watchers

    Recipe #15912

I combined different spices to achieve what tastes almost as good, if not better than regular sausage. Be sure to use regular ground turkey (not ground turkey breast, which is too lean so it doesn't have enough moisture). UPDATE: After all the positive reviews, I decided to submit this to Taste of Home's Light & Tasty and they published it in the Dec/Jan 2008 issue. It's also in the Light & Tasty Annual Recipes 2008 Cookbook.

    Recipe #100408

I found this recipe in a Weight Watchers cookbook. I think it is a perfect weeknight meal as it is simple to prepare and tastes delicious.

    Recipe #163124

From WW magazine. Eat these plain or add a sprinkling of crumbled queso fresco, freshly grated parmesan, or shredded mozzarella cheese. These can be made ahead and frozen. Look for masarepa in Latino grocery stores, it will usually be labeled as masarepa or harina de maiz precocida. You can also find it at ethnicgrocer.com

    Recipe #121786

A yummy Weight Watchers chili recipe that you can whip up after a long day at work. Serve with my WW corn bread recipe. 5 points per 1 cup serving

    Recipe #87433

    Recipe #90539

I came up with this alternative after trying ladypits wonderful mashed spiced carrots recipe #75554. I was delighted by the taste and texture and wondered how it would be with a more savory flavor. This is a hit for me as well. I liked them both so much I have made extra to feed to my freezer.

    Recipe #108425

A very flavor dish without the calories. Great for those on the WW point diet. This recipe is 5 points per serving.

A light, fruity chicken dish, only 4 WW points, but you would never know. Other fruit preserves, such as apricot, blackberry, or peach will also work in this recipe.

Teriaki sauce and onions make this burger anything but dull

    Recipe #90198

Lots of vegetables gives this sauce a meat sauce look but isn't. I had friends come over while it was cooking and taste it a thought it was a meat sauce. I great way to get a variety of vegetables into your family without the I don't like that veggie! This freezes well so you can divide into freezer bags for future use (if it lasts). Use on pasta, in stew, bean dishes, top a pizza, or in soups. This can make this on your stove top as well.

    Recipe #101240

A great little recipe I picked up at my local grocery store.

    Recipe #188180

I collect veggie burger recipes and this is a little different from the others I have. Feel free to use other veggies. if you like! These can be frozen. Serving suggestions: Serve with grilled onions, grilled portabella mushroom slices, and mixed greens, or, burger style with ketchup
