This is definitely a freeze ahead recipe option. You can freeze after you put together and just heat from freezer for approx 20 additional minutes!

    Recipe #17532

This is a make ahead recipe that you can freeze and use later when you expect guests or use today. It is really good. Adjust the heat to your liking!

Lots of vegetables gives this sauce a meat sauce look but isn't. I had friends come over while it was cooking and taste it a thought it was a meat sauce. I great way to get a variety of vegetables into your family without the I don't like that veggie! This freezes well so you can divide into freezer bags for future use (if it lasts). Use on pasta, in stew, bean dishes, top a pizza, or in soups. This can make this on your stove top as well.

Great for a light supper! Serve with a crusty baguette spread with some roasted garlic, a tossed salad with wild baby greens and a balsamic vinaigrette and you're on your way! Make a double batch and the leftovers freeze well, too.

wonderful soup, low fat, easy and cheap. Good for heating up on those cold winter nights, or as I do cook double in advance, freeze in single portions then take to work for lunch.

    Recipe #143188

My family loves this recipe (even my 4 and 2 year old!). I created this recipe when I started Weight Watchers. Hubby likes all ground beef and I like all Boca Meat (meat substitute). If you use Boca Meat 2 shells is only 3 Points. I love to freezer cook as well so make 2, one for now and one for later

I really like the way mashing some of the beans gives the soup a thicker texture. This freezes VERY well, just leave out the cheese.Let it thaw in the fridge, then microwave to heat. Add a Cheese and Herb Corn muffin #22536, for a wonderful under 400 calorie lunch.

These are great little appetizers. You can freeze them, cook cool and bag. To re-heat Just remove from freezer, place on cookie sheet and let defrost. Then warm slowly at 325 frrom5 to 7 minutes..but check them, to not over cook. Points 1.

These are great to have in the freezer. They make a fruity, crunchy snack, kind of like a sherbet pop when eaten frozen, or thaw slightly and serve as a salad or dessert.

    Recipe #122099

A great little recipe I picked up at my local grocery store.

    Recipe #188180

I found this recipe in a Weight Watchers cookbook. I think it is a perfect weeknight meal as it is simple to prepare and tastes delicious.

    Recipe #163124

This can be made 2 days ahead and refrigerated, or frozen up to 3 months. Thaw before warming and warm slowly so it doesn't burn.

    Recipe #31738

While on the South Beach diet, this dish satisfies my craving for the standard chicken parmesan dish.....but this recipe is missing the breadcrumbs. But it's so good you won't miss the breadcrumbs! In the world of low carb dieting, I like to serve this with a green veggie and/or tossed salad.

    Recipe #104227

One of my all time favorites. You can do this in a chicken fry pan on top of the stove but the original recipe was in the oven. You can add mushrooms too.

This dish is 8 points per serving. I substitute beef broth for the wine.

    Recipe #83901

I went through a veg phase, and this was a staple. I'm back to being an omnivore, but I still make this once a week or so. It's great topped with a little cheese (regular or soy) and a chunk of cornbread. If you're a Weight Watcher, this is 3 points for a 2 cup serving. If you're a die-hard carnivore, you can add ground meat, but I think it's much fresher and tastier without.

A light, fruity chicken dish, only 4 WW points, but you would never know. Other fruit preserves, such as apricot, blackberry, or peach will also work in this recipe.

    Recipe #98370

Moist and tasty! For those on WW, it's an easy, economical homemade alternative to buying the overpriced WW baked goods in the grocery store. This recipe is courtesy of the WW website.

    Recipe #154636

This is a perfect low fat meal.
