I was thinking that if you can make breakfast burritos to freeze than you have to be able to make a healthy wrap for lunch. Here is the result. Feel free to change it up to whatever sounds good to you!

    Recipe #109655

From 30-Day Gourmet. This is a very sweet way to eat broccoli, and one way my picky picky DD (6yo) will eat broccoli without complaint. This freezes very well (I tested it before posting). For the breadcrumbs you can either use homemade bread crumbs, store bought breadcrumbs, or crumb-style stuffing mix (as opposed to the cubes).

You can add jalapeños, hot sauce or green chilies to this to add a real kick! **edited on October 24 to add instructions for Once a Month Cooking. I usually make these during a cooking blitz and freeze until I need them**

Another Once a month meal that's sure to please. My little girl likes these because they pick up easily in her hands! *I revised this recipe based on several folks pointing out that I had made a mistake on the amount of cream cheese. Thank you so much for the input!

This sounds good for anybody looking for a quick and tasty meal. It is vegetarian too which is always great in my books. I originally found this recipe in the September 2008 copy of the BBC Good Food Magazine. The recipe states that the dish can be frozen for up to a month. It says to just defrost and bake in a medium oven for 20 - 30 minutes until piping hot.

I like to serve these to my children for after school snacks. They are also great as an appetizer. They are easily frozen and popped into the microwave for quick reheating.

    Recipe #86644

Great to have on hand for a quick lunch or appetizer. You can add any of your favourite pizza toppings to the mix, onions, peppers, sausage, cheddar cheese, etc. my family prefers plain old pepperoni--boring but they love it)

While searching for a great make ahead breakfast I tried this and it worked great! Hope you enjoy it too :)

    Recipe #120519

Adapted from "Prevention's Freezer Cookbook" by S. Sanders. Can be made without freezing first, just be sure to marinate chops at least 6 hours before cooking for best flavour.

The theory is you dump this in a bag and freeze to pull out later. There are many variations which I will post separately but it's amazingly easy to make these up and have a different "dump" chicken every week!

    Recipe #107570

Our favorite ground beef taco meat. I freeze in portions for our family and heat up in the crock pot. This makes 5 freezer packs. The ingredients were all multiplied by 5 from the original recipe.

Great for that run in the morning breakfast. You can also take frozen burritos with you when going camping. Just place the bag of frozen burritos into the ice chest, and by the time you're ready for breakfast the first morning, the burritos are fully thawed. Then simply reheat them in a large skillet over the campstove or fire grate.

    Recipe #30165

This is a quick and easy weeknight meal with great flavor.

    Recipe #80922

This colorful, hearty casserole is lighter than the traditional Mexican dish. It makes an impressive centerpiece when company's coming or when you want to make a crowd-pleaser!
