This little dish came about because I had a bowl of cooked rice in the fridge and didn't fancy what DH was eating. Was sooooo tasty. Next time I plan to add celery and possibly some herbs. The simplicity and speed appealed to me but the taste just knocked me out.

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it is on of my favorites. As a working mom, I love to come home to a meal ready in the crock pot. Add a salad or some sandwiches on sourdough bread, and you've got a wonderful winter meal. Don't forget to take some to work for lunch tomorrow!

This was really surprisingly good for such a quick and easy meal. The flavors blended well together and Dave added the mustard on the side. I thought this would serve 4 but Dave was hungry so I stated between 2-4 servings. He kept taking the brats out of the pan while I was cooking. From American Home Town Cookbook made my way.

Toblerone is a delicious chocolate candy bar made in Switzerland. It is made of Swiss chocolate, honey and almond nougat. The chocolate bars can usually be found at your local supermarket on the candy aisle, or at gourmet candy stores. Toblerone is available in both milk and dark chocolate bars. This is a delicious no bake recipe I found on the net. Cook time is chill time.

I created this recipe when I had a lot of leftovers in my fridge from making the full on baked stromboli. Yet, I was about to go to work and wanted something quick to snack on before leaving. Thus, this recipe was born. :)

Just found this recipe and it sounds so good. I have been wanting to buy an ice cream maker and this is a good reason to do so now. This is DH's favorite ice cream and I can't wait to make it for him. Freeze time varies according to the manufacturer of your ice cream machine. Recipe from Southern Living.

This is a family favorite that I adapted from Taste of Home Ground Beef Cookbook. I keep cooked ground beef in my freezer, so this is easy to put together in the morning before going out the door.

Real Simple. This is what DH wants for dinner... every night!

I basically wanted to make an omelet with all the ingredients in a pizza.

Written for a 9" pan, but can easily be made as cupcake size cheesecakes or in miniature 4" pans (as in picture).

Don't you just love the copycat recipes? Here's another one, and if you like Red Lobster's biscuits, this is the recipe for you. They may not be the EXACT biscuits, but you will not notice a difference in the taste.

My family enjoys these moist, rich brownies. They freeze well and pack well for picnics, road trips, and lunch boxes - and can nip a chocolate craving in the bud!
