Once you try making Alfredo this way, you will not go back making it over the stove. At least I know I won't. This recipe to me, is one of those that is a true find, that only happens once in awhile and has put in the ranks of my top 10 recipes of all time. Don't let the title of the recipe fool you, this pasta can be made year round, using whatever fresh ingredients are in season. Let your creative imagination flow. I received this recipe in my email from the Baker Boulanger website and will be forever grateful.

I had this soup at a church dinner. I couldn't believe how tasty it was, for just having simple ingredients. This soup really hits the spot.

Chunks of chocolate cake mixed with chocolate ganache pressed into a springform pan, chilled, unmolded, and then coated with more ganache. To die for! The interesting way this cake is made is what drew my attention to it. I had to try it! I was not dissapointed!! A heart shaped insert for the springform pan will also make this a great Valentines dessert. I got this recipe from Mmmm..

To our family this is the best recipe we have ever come across for Chocolate Chip cookies and we have tried tons. Give it a try, see what you think! It makes quite a lot, but it is no problem for our family.*The key to make these exceptional cookies can be two things 1. don't pack the flour when scooping it, use a light hand and/or 2. use half all-purpose flour and half pastry flour (once I tried this method-"so good" I won't go back to all-purpose unless I'm out of pastry really makes for an exceptional cookie!)

My grandmother gave me this recipe and I was intrigued by the fact that a box of cake mix was part of the ingredients of this recipe. They turned out fabulous! This was so easy to make and the dough turned out tender with a deep rich taste (I was shocked because there are no eggs or oil in this recipe). I wanted to have these for breakfast, so I prepared them the night before and let them sit in the refrigerator over night on the last rise. In the morning I set the pans out for about an hour so they could come to room temperature and then baked them according to directions and they turned out perfectly.

A pasta dish made with fresh, ripe tomatoes, butter, garlic and parmesan cheese. I believe this recipe has made it in to my top ten all time favorites- excellent! I found this recipe in my "recipes to try" folder or I should say filing many recipes so little time.

This is our Americanized version of this famous Peruvian Dish. Chicken can be substituted for beef, but I am partial to the beef. This is one of my all time favorite meals!
